Chapter 6

Your pov.

I slowly opened my eyes and Finn was still asleep beside me.

I smiled and reached over to take his laptop. I searched up bakery recipes.

Cake was one of my favourite foods.

I needed;
. Vegetable oil
. Flour
. Cocoa powder
. Baking powder
. Bicarbonate of soda
. Brown sugar
. Salt
. Vanilla extract
. Red food coloring
. Butter
. Soft cheese

He had nearly everything to make red velvet cake.

I heard four boys walking in.

"Morning Sophie!" Noah smiled and looked over my shoulder at the laptop.

"Isnt that Finns?" Jaeden observed what was happening.

"Yep." I saw him try to look for anything suspicious.

I had everything but red food coloring and bicarbonate of soda.

"Can one of yous please go get me red food coloring and bicarbonate of soda?" I asked smiling.

Gaten and Wyatt left to go get my extra ingredient after finding out they'd get some food aswell.

"Let me go get Aubrey." Noah stood up and left.

Jaeden was behind me when I turned around and he trapped me in between his arms.

"Too close Jaeden." I smiled awkwardly and tried to move.

"How did you get Finn like that?"

"Like what?" I frowned.

"Wrapped so tightly around your fingers." Jaeden suddenly acted violent or angry.

"I dont know what your talking about?" I breathed quietly and tried to move.

We heard Aubrey squeal and Jaeden moved, intimidated I turned back to the instructions.

"NNNEEEUOWWWWWW!" Noah yelled bursting in the room acting like a plane. I jumped and laughed to see Aubrey squealing with delight.

Finn burst in the room and saw his laptop then sighed with relief.

"Ask before you take that." He said and looked at us all confused.

"Making a cake, want to help?" I
asked smiling.

"Sure?" He sat by me and I passed him a couple ingredients.

Deciding to start be risky I threw flour at Finn and he looked at me then laughed.

He picked up some and threw it back. I laughed and we messed about for ages throwing flour till Gaten and Wyatt walked in.

"Fuckinell." Gaten laughed and Wyatt smirked.

He looked at me as Finn grabbed me from behind and threw me over his shoulder, running out the room.

He looked at me and opened his mouth, he moved abit closer. He was as close as Jaeden was minus this time I didnt want him to move. I made the move to kiss him, I pushed myself off the wall and pressed our lips together.

It was nice, it wasnt a long kiss or anything big just a kiss.

Noah and everyone walked into the hall, which made Finn push me off in embarrassment," dont touch me!" He stormed off.

Everyone looked at me and I walked towards them taking Aubrey," cake?" I muttered. I walked back in and started mixing everything. Noone but Wyatt came back in to make the cake with me.

Wyatt shut the doors and walked quickly to me, he grabbed me and started kissing me, pushing me against the wall. I pushed him off and stepped back.

"No." I looked confused and he snorted then left the room aswell.

Aubrey was on the table, I picked her up and left for the yard. We sat on the grass playing with some flowers. I watched Aubs pick up grass and throw it around.

It suddenly started to rain.

I picked up Aubrey and ran inside.

I walked to put Aubrey down for a nap in Finns room, I stood by the door because I heard Finnon the phone.

"Their moving to England?"
....
"Dont let them!"
...
"Leaving their daughter behind, what cowards."
....
"Yes, use any necessary force. I want them alive though."
....
"I understand. Get back in touch when their in our custody, not the other boys-mine."

I opened the door and saw Finn.

"Hey?" I smiled and placed Aubs in the cot at the end of his bed.

"The kiss-" Finn started.

"Sorry, I thought their was something clearly wasnt. I mean, let's forget it?" I rubbed my arm and Finn sighed.

"I need to go work, your parents have ruined it all." He turned to leave and when he was out the room I threw myself onto his bed and saw a YouTube recommendation on his tv.

Hamilton- Finn wouldnt of watched it.

I walked out to Finns study and he was sat there.

"Alexander, come back to sleep." I sang quietly

"Who's Alexander?" Finn was holding his pen and he glanced at me.

"Its still dark outside!" It took everything in me not to break character and laugh at his confused face.

"Yes, that happens when its 10pm, Sophie." Finn shook his head and smiled at me.

"Why do you write like your running out of time? Come back to bed, that would be enough." I felt myself almost giggling because of how much fun this was to sing.

"Ok?" Finn went to stand up but i pushed him down and a laugh escaped my mouth, he realised k was messing around with him.

"Come back to sleep!" I sang.

"I just said i would! You pushed me back on my chair." He looked baffled but he smiled- fuck he was so attractive.

"well im Going back to sleep!" I huffed and turned away from him stopping at the doorway

"Im tired anyways, so lets go to sleep." Finn sighed and stood up

"Have you never watched Hamilton?" I looked over my shoulder and laughed.

"Finally, you stopped singing" Finn smiled at me.

"Its such a good musical, we can watch it sometime."

"Me, you and Aubrey?" He put one arm around my waist as we walked to his room.

I smiled slightly and blushed, what was this feeling that made me feel I'll almost. Love? No.
