after the extremely long drive to school, rogerina exited out of the vehicle, taking a few steps back, admiring it.
"so you do like it?" he said, hoping one of his closest friends would. freddie, got out of the car behind rina, looking at his own ride in amusement.
"if i'm being completely honest, fred, why wouldn't i like it? it's black, one of my absolute favorite colors, and it's shiny of course. whenever the sun hits it, it hurts your eyes." a small chuckle came from the both of them, but all of the giggling stopped as soon as fred saw the time.
"shit, we're right outside the school, yet we're still fucking late. it's your fault for holding me up." he said, sarcastically.
"it is NOT my fault! you're the one who... has the car in the first place!" rogerina said with lots of attitude, more than usual.
as the two enter the school, rina notices many eyes go on her, making the whole moment feel awkward and uncomfortable.
as rina turned to fred, it appeared that he was gone, already into the crowd of people.'damnit! that fucking lunatic! how could he leave me on my very first day. i barely know my classes!'
rina had no other choice, than to look around to see if she saw anybody approach worthy. scanning the crowd, she saw someone that looked very sweet, and presentable. while walking up to the male, rina's palms began to grow clammy.
"um, hello!" rina said in a sweet manner. "i'm new to this school, so you've most likely never seen my face at all before. you see, i used to get home schooled, until my parents found out i wasn't paying enough attention to my work, y'know?" she began to ramble on and on, which made the boy a bit concerned for her.
cutting the l off, he began to speak. "hello, i'm john! there's no need for a whole explanation. i figured you were new, i've never seen your face before, but it's quite a lovely one."
john turned towards a tall man, with dark, curly, shiny hair. rina had to look up in order to see his actual face, turning a bit red once she did so."this here is brian! we've been best friends for a long time now, and since you're my new friend, rina, why can't we all be friends!" john had a very cheeky smile at the end of his sentence.
"hello, rina." brian said in a very low voice, john knowing he was doing so just for show. rina stood there frozen as the tall boy held out his hand, not knowing what to do.
'what am i DOING!? i can't SHAKE his hand, my hands are sweaty! i would seem like a freak. where the hell did freddie go? i could use him right now. maybe i should just run? no, that would be stupid.'
"do you know hear me talking to you, rogerina? are you bloody deaf?" said brian, having a whole lot of impatience building up, easily.
