Scorching Love (Portgas D. Ace x Reader)Part 1

You planned to meet up with your boyfriend Ace, its your 4th year anniversary. And you decided to surprise him because knowing the freckled "Fire Fist" he surely forgot the event today. Striding happily from the hallways of Moby Dick, while humming a happy song and proceed to the latter's room.

"He will surely freak out, knowing that Fireface." You mumbled to yourself, after a few minutes you found yourself infront of his room. You twisted the doorknob (knowing that he didn't lock his room every now and then) and greeted Ace.

"Ace baby, Happy 4th Year Anni-" Instead of surprising him, he's the one who surprised you.

"(Y/N) Firefly, it's not what you think. I can explain."

There he is! Sprawled on the bed, naked with one of the worst generation called supernovas. Jewelry Bonney! Your whole world stop, tears threatened to spill from your eyes. You unconsciously drop the cake on the floor due to shock and fury making a mess on the room.

"Now I get it! I thought that you're just tired, stressed and all because you've been ignoring me in the past few days. But I'm wrong, it's because you're cheating behind my back. You know what Ace? I'm breaking up with you. Sorry for interrupting your fun. Goodbye." Fear was evident on Ace's face, he scurried on the bed, got dressed and chase you. Mumbling some incoherent curses and apologies.

"Look Baby please. Don't leave me, I love you okay? I don't love her. You're the only one I love, just let me explain." You didn't look back or even answer him, you just muffled your sobs and pretended that you can't hear Ace. He continued to chase you, begging for you to come back, talk to him so that he can explain but you chose to ignore him.

"(Y/N) please, that was a mistake. I'm sorry! Please come back to me. I can change I promise I'll be better." And then Ace kneeled in front of you not knowing that you already reached the deck where Pops and your brothers hang out and drink. The lively bunch become quiet and shot the two of you a curious gaze.

"No! Can you please stop? You know what Ace? I loved you very much I gave my everything to you, you're my world. I'd do anything for you but what did you do? You cheated on me with Jewelry Fucking Bonney! Now get lost and leave me alone." You're already a mess, your hair is dishiveled,  you had a puffy eyes and tear stained face. You curse him multiple times but he won't leave you alone. Everything sunk into Marco's head and he decided to pry Ace off of you to give you some space.

"Ace that's enough, give her some space-yoi." He didn't have a choice, Ace slumped his shoulders and stare into space. "So, care to tell what happened between the two of you? Marco eyed him and lead Ace inside but Pops interrupted them. "Ace, what did you do? Why did you make my precious daughter cry?"

Whitebeard's face is so angry, his eyebrows knitted together and teeth gritted like saw. Aside from losing you, Ace's other fear is losing Whitebeard's trust and disappointing him. The old man is so angry that everyone started to leave the deck with Ace, Marco, and Pops remaining. Ace told them everything from the very start up to the part where you caught him having sex with the super nova. The tension on the deck is very tense, Ace can feel the Old Man's gaze staring and piercing to his soul. As if tearing his whole existence apart. He can't help it, he's shivering internally. No one can blame him if he's scared. He cheated and hurt Whitebeard's biological daughter, the strongest man on both land and sea.

"You mess up big time-yoi." Marco mumbled from the sideline. "You're not helping this time Marco." It's so silent on the deck and it's starting to eat up Ace's ray of hope. Whitebeard is still silent, thinking and analyzing the situation between you and the Fire Fist.

"To be honest, the moment I saw my only daughter cry made me furious. I wanted to kill the person who made her cry. That's my fatherly instinct kicking my gut, but when you told me everything I tried to control myself and hold back from vanishing your whole existence from the face of the earth. You're still my son after all, but next time if you hurt her again... I'm going to kill you myself Ace. Now fix yourself and the mess that you made. I'm going to talk to my daughter, (Y/N) needs me right now." The Old Man stood up and walk to the direction where you ran off to.

"I'm sorry for hurting (Y/N) Pops. I promise I won't do anything again to hurt her. I'll fix everything and make her love me again. I won't mess up again this time." Ace spoke with determination on his eyes, Marco couldn't help but sigh and grin.

"Don't make that promise in front of me. Tell that to my daughter instead." Whitebeard spoke with venom in his voice. "Yes Pops, I surely will." Ace saluted.

"And one more thing! Throw the the girl into the sea. I don't want a slut in my ship." Then he completely walk out of the deck.

The two men shiver from Whitebeard's order. He's pertaining to the supernova and since she's a devil fruit user Bonney will surely die if Ace throw her into the sea.

"You heard the Captain-yoi." Marco snicker, Ace groaned and hit the latter. "You're really helpful right now Pineapple head. Thanks a lot." That was a sarcastic remark. "I'm glad I am." Marco bark back to the 2nd Division Commander. "I'll be going then, I still have a big problem to fix." Ace grinned and walk inside. "Goodluck-yoi." The 1st Division Commander wave back and stroll from around the moby Dick.

Mean while at the other side of the ship.

"What's your decision now?" Whitebeard ask his daughter. (Y/N)'s not crying anymore. When her father walk in and saw her (Y/N) run up to him and ball her eyes out until she couldn't cry anymore. After the incident with her Ex and his slut, (Y/N) already made her decision.

"I've made up my mind Daddy. I'm leaving the ship for a while. I'm going to visit a friend. I just want to get away from everything, I want to get away from Ace." She spoke with courage and Whitebeard couldn't help but be proud of his daughter. She's strong like him after all.

"Gurarararara! That's my Princess. I won't hold you back Dear, but can you promise me one thing?" Whitebeard grinned at his daughter. "What is it Daddy?" (Y/N) shot the Old Man a curious gaze. "Can you promise me that you'll be safe and be happy once you leave the ship?"

(Y/N) smiled widely and hug her father. "Of course I will Daddy, I'm strong like you after all."
