Wince

"Mum are you going to explain this" said Wince in an aggravated voice. His mum started twords him and gonna on her knees. "Honey, I'm sorry for not telling you sooner, b-b-but I'm a w-w-" "Mum be serious" Wince said interrupting his mum. "WINCE LISTEN TO ME" his mum yelled. "Ok Boomer" said Wince in a sarcastic voice. "I'M ONLY 30" his mum yelled at the top of her lungs. "Either way our family is magic and I'm a witch." Wince stood there in the hall of paintings and thought to himself. "Are all the people in the paintings magical." "Yes" his mum replayed. Wince was now shocked because his mum just read his thoughts. "M-MUM SINCE WHEN COULD YOU READ MINDS" Wince said in a scared scream. "Honey, I could do that since I was a child" said his mum in a low voice. Wince now wanted to know more about this magic and the school he just got invited to. "Mum when you where growing up, did you go to Hogwarts?" Wince said. "Yes, I got head girl and your dad got head boy. Oh and on the topic of your dad, he works for the Ministry of Magic" his mum said. Wince was very confused on why there was a ministry for magic. Wince looked down on the piece of paper and saw there was a list of things he needed to go to Hogwarts. "Mum where do we buy all this stuff" he said in a concerned voice. "Diagon Alley" his mum said in a bold tone. "how do we get there, and where is that" said Wince confused. "Well it's here in London and we get there by floo powder" said his mum like a know it all. "What's floo powder" asked Wince. "You'll see" his mom said. She then pulled out a bucket that looked like it was full of ashes. she then took some and gave it to Wince. "Ok you're going to watch me do this and I want you to copy my every move" his mum said in a stren voice. She then climbed into their chimney and screamed "Diagon Alley" while throwing the floo powder down. green flames engulfed her and she was gone. Wince was scared to try this because he thought he would due because of the flames but, he took the initiative to to do it. "DAGON ALLEY" he screamed at the top of his lungs. He was tyen also engulfed into the fire and saw multiple chimneys until he came to a stop and saw his mum again. "So how did it go" said his mum. "It was ok I guess" said Wince. He saw a building in the distance that said "OLIVANDERS WAND SHOP". "Mum do I actually get a wand like the wizards on tv do" Wince said very excited. "No we use our hands and feet" his mum replied sarcastically. "Come on now child let get your wand" his mum said. They went into the store the same time as another family did. The other family had a child with them as well. She didn't say anything but Wince thought she looked cute. Suddenly a short man came to the desk to help the other family. When they got done Wince was up he went through 15 wands before they found the one that was fit for him.
The man then said "I thought this would happen. You know that girl who just walked out." "No" Wince replied. "Well your two wands were made from the same unicorn tail and that unicorn tail only hat two hairs. One for each wand." "What does that mean" Wince said. "You'll soon find out young one" the man said. When Wince left he noticed that the girl was by herself in a potions store. He told his mum he wanted to meet the girl so he left. He walked in only to hear boys taunting and picking on her. Not knowing what to do he raised his wand. Lost for words he said the word "IMMOBULUS" which was a fancy way of saying stop in his house. Suddenly a yellow bust came out of his wand straight for the boys that were picking on the girl. They froze mid insult and fell to the floor. He then rushed over to the girl who was now crying. "It's ok there gone well frozen now" Wince said. "Thank you" the girl sobbed. "Come with me" she said to Wince "Ok" he said confused. They entered an library and the girl asked for a study room for the two of them. When the entered she sat down and said "Why did you save me"
