All Eden wanted, was sleep.
She hadn't slept in six days, something unusual, as, while she stayed up through the night, she normally fell asleep during the day. But no, she was still awake.
It was six in the evening, meaning that it was 3am in Japan, so she wasn't expecting any texts form her explosive friend, or the mother figure known as Kurogiri. It did mean she had some peace for once, a break from Bakugo's constant swearing and Kurogiri's nagging her to sleep, but it also left her with nothing to do. With her messed up sleeping schedule, Eden had already finished all of her homework plus the three art requests she'd been given, so she was bored out of her mind.
Both of her parents were still at work. For what reason, she had no idea, but it left her with some freedom, which was nice. She left her room, a dark place where only souls with coffee instead of blood could survive, and walked downstairs to get some waffles.
And that was when her peace ended.
Her phone buzzed in her hand and she looked at the notification, almost dropping the phone when she saw it.
"You have to be fucking with me."
