Chapter two

The next morning it was cold out still, frost was growing on the windows of Princess Pheme's bedroom, the girl was still fast asleep not even bothering how cold it is in her room. The doors swung open and Nanny Plum rushed in, she looked at the sleeping princess and shook her head with a smile, "That girl is always asleep." She whispered to herself as she lit the fireplace and walked over to the princess and pulled back her blankets. "Rise and shine princess! You have breakfast with your family and Prince Flynn!" Nanny Plum said, earning a groan from the princess, "I don't wanna.." the princess complained as she sat up and rubbed her eyes. "Well you have to." Which resulted in a sigh from the younger girl and she got our bed and quickly picked out a dress and put on a A long fitted dress that goes pass the feet and slightly drags on the floor, it is a saturated carnation pink with off the shoulder ruffled sleeves and a tight torso as it gets to the mid abdomen it gets looser and begins to puff out a little. She slipped on matching pink high heels and sat down at her vanity, she picked up her brush but before she could brush her hair, Nanny Plum took it out of her hands and pulled back Pheme's hair and started brushing it. "The dream I had, it was amazing! It was-" but before the girl could say what it was about Nanny Plum said "It best not be about that man you met in the forest yesterday." Pheme replied with a sigh, Nanny Plum put down the brush. Pheme did a very natural look for her makeup, a nude colored eyeshadow with a hint of glitter, lip gloss that made her pale pink lips have a glossy look to it. She smiled and stood up, "I'm ready!" She said and Nanny Plum nodded before the two walked down to the dining hall.

Nanny Plum opened the door to the dining hall, "Your majesties, Princess Pheme is here." She bowed as the princess walked in and curtsied, "Good morning Mother, father." She sat down next to Flynn as she was instructed by Nanny Plum, "Good morning Zara." She greeted her 7 year old sister, who smiled. She looked over at Flynn and bowed her head, "Good morning, Prince Flynn." She greeted, "Good morning to you too, Princess." He replied. The group of people started eating their breakfast, it was a comfortable silence as everyone enjoyed their meal. Finally the king broke the silence, "One of the guards told me that you met a man and a young girl yesterday, Pheme." Which caused Pheme to choke a bit on her breakfast, "Um..yes I did father." She quickly replied, "What was their names." he questioned, "Um..Kova and Eirene, father." The king and queens eyes widen, "You are never allowed to go out into the forest ever again! You know what, you aren't allowed to leave the castle grounds unless you accompanied by someone!" The king said, "But father!" "No buts, Pheme." The girl sat in shock before standing up, "Enjoy your breakfast." She said before walking out of the dining hall. Whoever was left sat in silence before Flynn stood up and said "I'll go after her." Which resulted in a nod from the queen and he walked out.

"Princess! Princess come back!" Flynn said as he followed Pheme into the stables, "Why should I?!" She yelled as she turned around and looked at him. "Because..because you can't leave! You have to marry me!" He said, "Is that all you care about?! Marrying me so our kingdoms will be combined?!" She yelled, "What? No!" He denied. She takes a deep breath, "I will marry you, on one condition." She offered, "and that is?" "You give Kova and his daughter a good house to live in, you give them money, and you let me visit them." She said, He took a deep breath and nodded, "Deal." She smiled.

Kova woke up due to his six year old daughter jumping on his bed, he groaned and sat up. "Morning papa!" She said and he ruffled her hair. "Good morning, Cupcake." He said as he got out of bed and headed out of his room and into the kitchen to make breakfast, Eirene skipped out of the room and sat down on the window seat and watched the kids her age play. After a little bit the two were sitting down at the table eating their breakfast. "Papa, I wanna see the princess again!" Eirene said, Kova looked at her, "why?" "Because she was so pretty! And sweet!" Eirene explained. Kova sighed and shook his head, "Sorry kiddo I have work today." He said and Eirene frowned. Kova picked up their plates once they finished and washed them before going into his room and changed into a black shirt, black pants, black shoes, he put on a black Beanie and walked out, he looked at his daughter who was sitting at the window seat dreaming to go out and make friends. "I'll see you later kiddo." He said as he left the house.

Princess Pheme was sitting in her room, curled up in a chair by the fire reading a book. Her mind only focusing on the story that she didn't hear her bedroom door open, "Princess." Nanny Plum said, Pheme glanced up from her book, "Yes?" She questioned. "The king and Queen have requested you join them in the throne room." Nanny Plum said, the princess nodded and closed her book, she stood and put the book down. She walked out the room and headed towards the throne room.

Nanny Plum opened the throne room doors to see the King and Queen talking to a older man dressed in all black and a younger girl wearing maroon dressed that was ruffled at the sleeves and went down to her knees. Nanny Plum cleared her throat and the king, the queen, and youngest princess looked up at Nanny Plum. "Your Majesties, The Princess." She bowed and moved out the way, Pheme walked in and walked up to stand in the middle of her parents' thrones, Prince Flynn stood next to her. The young man dressed in all black looked up at Pheme and they made eye contact, Pheme's heart start to race as she recognized who was standing before her. "Kova..." she whispered to herself.
