It's been a few years since you be seen Dio or any surprises like that. You had finally found a good job, it wasn't the best but you took it anyway. You worked as an assistant for a famous designer. It went well, and she was fairly nice. Bossy at times but necessarily.

You worked during the day and Snake usually works during the night. You were driving home, tired as you parkes the car and got out grabbing your bag. Recently, things have been slightly felt off for some reason. You tried brushing it off as if it was nothing and you were just being paranoid.

You grabbed your keys and fumbled them, looking for the right one and unlocked the door. "I'm home..." You mumbled as a little kid came running down the stairs "aunt y/n!" The kid yelled out and hugged your leg, pressing his face up against it.

"Hey Kaito" You say and patted that little boys head.

He was about four now, he had already known how to walk and run. He was a quick learner and was pretty independent for a four year old.

"Can we play tonight?" He asked jumping up and down on his tippy toes. "Sorry not tonight, I'm really tired" You sighed and Kaito seemed disappointed but smiled "that's okay!" He said and Snake came down stairs.

"I'm going to work." He said as he approached Kaito, kissing him on the forehead "be good" He said and opened the door.

"I will papa" He replied

"Have a good night." You tell him and he nodded then closed the door.

You turn around to Kaito and he looked back.

"Let's get you to bed, have you had dinner yet?" You asked as you kneel to him after putting your bag on the hanger next to the door.

"Mhm! Papa made green chili for dinner" He smiled and you smiled back "that's nice".

You walked up to Kaitos bedroom then tucked him in. He asked if you could read a bedtime story to him. You agreed and read until he fell asleep. You smile and kiss his cheek, turned the lights off and his night light on.

You walked out into the hallway and to your bedroom.

You closed the door and plopped onto your bed, groaning. Soon falling asleep still in your work clothes.

Snake was driving to his destination, until something had caught his eye, a glimpse of gold, or yellow, could be seen with the little light the moon reflected. He slowed down and looked carefully. Then remembering, what he had been told only a few years ago.

His car door soon opened, he turned his head towards it, seeing a manly figure wearing yellow clothing and green hearts.

The man chuckled at him "I promise I'd come back"

"Dio...you best stay away from her or else-" He began until he was cut off by Dio grabbing him by the neck and pulling him out of the car, they were about the same height so there was no point in holding him up.

Dios black painted nails digging into Snakes skin...or..scales..

"Or else what? You'll..kill me? Hurt me?.." He laughed "you're to funny" He began "I should've never let her go, I should've kept her for myself and TORTURED your green scaley ass" He insulted as blood dropped from Snakes neck and does Dios fingers.

Snake grunted as his hands were over Dios wrists.

"You're helpless" Dio whispered "you've always been...a pity to me..i was only playing nice because I was being an idiot, that damn y/n softened me and I shouldn't have fallen for that" He grunted roughly, digging his nails in deeper as Snake began to gag.

Snake took a deep breath in and yelled "Flair Flang!" His stand came out, punching Dio in the stomach and biting his cheek "Damn you!" He yelled and his stand came out, about to strike at Flair. Flair dodged the attack as he returned back to Snake.

A smirk grew on Dios face as Snake looks at him with aggression.

Za Wurldo and Flair Fang were staring each other down as Snake and Dio did the same "What are you planning!?" Snake snapped, breaking the silence "what do you think?" Be began.

There was a long pause.

"I'm simply just trying to get y/n, that wonderful..woman back into my grasp" He chuckled and Snake snarled in disgust "just for your own pleasure, huh!?" Dio was surprised of the attitude Snake gave off to him.

"Well...yes, but no..i suppose" He thought, placing his hand on his chin, looking down then smirking back up to Snake "I'm surprised that girl has not even once tried to get back to me...or even fallen for me..that easily at least"

"Because she's not stupid" He said thought clutched teeth.

"stupid? I suppose so, very beautiful...and..whats the word?" Dio thought "well..anyway" He began as he walked away "I'll give you tonight..don't tell her, or anyone, anything, or it'll be the death of you" He snarled "and get a different suit, it looks ridiculous on you.." Dio rolled his eyes as he disapeared into the darkness.

Snake stood there, as Flair Fang fazed off.

"That damn rat.." he thought to himself as he climbes back into his car and grabbed his cell phone.

"Hello?"

"Sorry sir..I'll be running a bit late.."
