Laro is the top half if the pucture . As u see Jocelyn and Laro dye their hair alot 😂. Laro and Jocelyn have known rach other since they were 9 because both were put in the same room at the adoption center and when they were 13 Katie entered the system and got put in the same room as them . Katie was 16 at the time and she and the girls clicked instantly . The girls later on encouraged Katie to dye her tips blue . Nowadays Katies hair is half dark purple .
