A Not So Innocent

Chapter 9

"Okay so let me get this straight, your getting frustrated by the book because it seems familiar but you can't remember how, or wait let me reword that. You don't know how. Am I correct?"

I nodded. But staying quiet while RT figured out what to do in his head. Without noticing I started to start at him.

The way his eyes took a confused look. The way they gleamed in the light that shone through the window on the other side of the room. His light brown hair matching perfectly with his bight blue eyes. His his soft looking  lighter - than - beige-but-not-white skin making him look amazing.

Wait... WHAT!? He does not look amazing. nope no no no ooooof way is that ever happening. Uhuh. Nope.

He Is just my friend. Yeah. Just a friend.

The silence in the room took an odd turn from us both lost in thought to awkwardness. But how did it turn to awkwardness? Did he relize I was starting at him?

I hope not l would die if he did.

"Hey Leo?" Asked Artemis. "Hmm?" I hummed in reply. "I have a question" he says. "Okay shoot" I say.

"What would you do if someone has a crucial on you?" He asked. "W-what? I Umm I-" holy quiznack! What 5he heck do I say!? "Umm well it kinda depends on the person I guess. " I say while my face was as red as a quiznacking tomato.

"Let's say it was me who had a crush on you what would you do?" Artemis said. I got even redder (if that was even possible).

"Uh I um so uh he heh I waa um ehhh... you know what ima just go now. Okay bye!" And with that I jumped up and ran out of the room.
