" Oh shoot! " She Proclaimed.
"We'd better hurry!" She looked at me a little concerned and grabbed me by my wrist and rushed me to school.
Out of Breath I tell her,
" Why so concerned?"
Panting as well she says,
" First Impressions matter!"
I could imagine her sticking up her index finger as she saying the line. I reluctantly smiled shaking my head as we ran together to the school in full speed.
— We came to a brief moment and stopped to take a breath. I held my head in my chest and started breathing raggedy.
She chuckled, I looked at her and started to giggle a little too.
" You do know school doesn't start to 9:30...?"
Her Boyfriend stood behind her and held her from the back. She turned around and smiled. And they kissed as I turnt away a bit uncomfortable.
"Excuse me, Ma'am..."
'The kid with the dirty blonde hair!'
I opened my mouth to speak—
" You dropped this".
As he shoved the book into my chest he side stepped to the my left side and walked right past me. I turnt around a bit shocked and look at my what he gave me.
"!!"
"I dropped my mana book, so foolish of me!".
A bit embarrassed I took my book and placed it back into my book bag.
"Ouff! That looked rough..."
Maddie said hiding her face of absolute displeasure.
" Just a tiny bit embarrassing nothing bad. "
I said somewhat trying to hide I still use a damn Mana book for help!
"Don't worry about it dear, honestly he's always like that with everyone even his friends sometimes! Don't take it personal"
She smiled trying to make the situation less embarrassing.
"Ah, let me introduce to my sweet little snuggle bear Cody!
She said trying to seem all cute. I reluctantly sighed and nodded. She grabbed me by my wrist to introduce me to her boyfriend as he was intriguingly talking to his friends. I hesitantly stopped her.
"I'm not good with socializing"
I blurted out to her.
" Oh that's fine, he'll totally be chill about talking to someone who is friends with me"
I looked at her for a good two seconds as she blanked stared at me.
" Uhhh... Okayyy..."
As I mumbled the following words.
"Oh dear heavenly faithfully Gods and Goddesses save me from this Oh So dreadful moment!"
As Maddison so innocently tapped her shoulder I imagined it as if she were not knowingly pressing a button to send a nuke. I turned the other way because I knew what was about to unfold as I grimily clenched my stomach out of pure stress.
"Cody? Baby?"
Maddie said.
Cody turned around so uncomfortably. As his facial expression changed a little from an intrigued to a 'What does she want?!'.
" A- Aha, yes Maddie?"
As he rubbed the back of his neck itching to get out of this situation.
" I wanted to introduce you to my friend Arabella!"
I was absolutely so disconnected that I completely didn't hear whatever she said until—
"ARABELLA!"
I practically jumped a bit out of shock.
" S-sorry...!"
Maddie lividly looked at me.
I shrugged and tried to blow over that absolutely nice gesture.
As Cody looked at me he stuck his hand out to greet me with a welcoming smile as Maddie was surely a little pressed about him trying to shake hands with me.
"I'm Cody nice to meet you Arabella~"
He said it a lot more like a French name which sound pretty handsome not going to lie about that.
" Pleasure of meeting you as well Cody.."
I felt very high standards after saying the sentence so boldly like that. Maddie coughed and then separated me and Cody and both looked at us with this weird smile.
" Pleasure is actually all mine!"
She quickly laughed and snarked at her own remark.
As I saw Cody's facial expressions change from a a displeased face into an absolute disgusted face in matter of minutes. Lucky the bell saved us all and they all went to classes except I had to report to the office due to personal reasons.
"Arabella Campbell?..."
"Yes"
" Well since after your experiment and drastic changes of your power levels and limits, you will be taking classes with upper class men to see how well you exceed. "
I replayed that word experiment in my head.
" Experiment?..."
Pushing my luck I wanted to know what he meant by that.
"When they removed your Iguasi* ( Sometimes people with dangerously high mana and weak bodies have Iguasi which helps the cells and super cells work together so they don't end up going to war and accidentally killing there host.) because it wasn't functioning properly. "

Long story short, I had to use the bathroom to throw up all the negativity.
I looked at the board as the teacher taught his lesson.
Maddie passed a note me.
I opened it.
:'Do you know who Damian Roosevelt Is':
I opened the note and looked at her while I grabbed my pencil and waited for the teacher to turn back around.

I asked one of my classmates to pass it to Maddie.
As she sent me the note again.
:' OMG! You must know him he's famous for working with a group of principals of power!':
- Huh?, never heard of such.-
I passed it back.
:' One of them Is my boyfriend another one of them is Peter Harrington and another is Liam and the Last is Adam. ':

As I hear the door creek I look up to realize our new classmates!
