The Survivors

 So this is what went down, one day all the countries experienced earthquakes we named them warning quakes which started the count down to the calamity. The UN came together to make a solution, the scientists estimated 5 months before the great wave. In those 5 months, the UN decided on places where the survivors will be placed and designing was done by a special unit created just to design and make the survivors, worlds best resources were put in motion for this unit named as H.O.P.E, short for high-tech protection encode.

 

The survivors were constructed in less than 3 months and later there were changes in software made to actually sustain without damage. The survivors were made with a metal which is the strongest in the world, it is as tough as diamond. The UN had their own survivor and the council comprised of prime minister’s and presidents of the powerful nations, they decided who will succeed the UN democrats and the council was to be succeeded by the people who win the election.

This new way of parliament without discrimination of resources and people made sure that the new world which will come to life will not be like the old one. There will be no wars and peace will thrive. The people will take time to accept the change but eventually with time they will change in order to survive.

 

The first few months on the survivor were hard, some people were fighting motion sickness and there were fights breaking out between people all over the ship. To stop issues like this from arising, each survivor’s captain had made rules and asked us to follow them otherwise we will be punished, the punishments were trivial but affective. People started accepting each other.

 

The captain of my survivor was Tom Chandler from the united states navy, he was also my friend from school. As we lived in the same neighborhood we used to chat and hangout all the time when he used to be home.

 

Tom had his ways to keep his people motivated, he never enforced anything on anyone and made sure that there are no feuds between the people on board. His crew trusts him completely which shows how good a captain he is.

 

The survivors were numbered, the one I was on had the number 18 which was the last survivor made. There are 2 other survivors than the 18 which are UNSS and the H.O.P.E wanderer. The UNSS makes all the important decisions and H.O.P.E wanderer moves from ship to ship making sure there are no problems with the ship and do maintenance.
