I go downstairs and surprisingly I see "JACKSON!" I run over to him and jump on him he picks me up and spins me around. Before he puts me down he gives me a kiss and says "surprise!" It's been a month or two since I've seen him I'm so happy he's hereee. His dumba** self got grounded😂. I gave him a push "why did you get grounded anyways" I laugh at him and he says "uhm not sure it's whatever though" He says with no expression. Okay then. "so what do you want to do" I say trying to change the subject. "not sure you want to go shopping" he hasn't made eye contact with me ever since I asked him why he got grounded I'm a bit concerned. "yeah sure are you driving?" I grab his hand going out the door but he lets go and walks to his car pulling up his pants. I roll my eyes while his back is turned to me but when he turns back around "you coming?" I walk over to the car and then I give him a confused look. "what?". "idk it's just is there something wrong?" I ask a bit impatiently (sorry i'm not patient 😂). "no i'm fine just tired". "well that's a dumb excuse if your the one that wanted to go shopping tell me the truthhh" I bug him about it and pull on his arm he rolls his eyes and starts the car. "Jackson" I look at him straight in the eyes and he looks at the ground. "I don't know how to explain it to you that's all". I feel this tightness in my stomach and I feel sick. "What do you mean by that silly" I bring out the best little huff of a laugh I could with a worried look on my face. "I accidentally..." He fell silent and wouldn't talk to me after that even if I did try my best to annoy the crap out of him. "okay Jackson I'm not sure why you would come see me and then not talk to me so I'll give you some time until your ready to talk to me again" I get out of the car with no expression on my face. "wait I- y/n come back" I stop but I don't turn around to face him. "yes?" Jackson's POV I don't want to tell her it's too much. She would be so mad at me. I don't want to loose her. All that happened was I was at a party at a friends and thought some girl that was all over me was y/n. She looked so much like her but before I realized it wasn't her I was too late we already went so far I woke up with her in the bed with me the next morning. I remember my friend Payton was knocked out on the couch and everyone else was sleeping all over the place. I walked over everyone and felt sick and dizzy. I just called an uber and got to the closest hotel. I feel guilty for hiding this from her but I apparently gave that girl my number because she keeps texting me. I regret it all but I don't know how to put it into words. "I made a mistake" I started tearing up and I couldn't meet her eyes. "you what?".. There it was Those two words I couldn't bear it I decided I would just spit it out and hope she forgives me. I explained everything to her and- End of POV I couldn't believe it. No I heard him wrong I swear. I promised myself I wouldn't get hurt again and now look at me. I hope it's not true. It's just a prank everything's fine. He caught feelings for someone else. Here we go again. There's a reason why people part ways and break up. I started to cry a little. "I d-don't know what to say". "y/n please forgive me I'm sorry I didn't mean to even Payton was there he could probably tell you the same thing I promise I didn't mean to hurt you" I don't know why but once he said that I flinched a little. "we need to take a break" I said in full confidence wiping my last tear away from my cheek I get out of the car and start walking back to the front door of my house. "y/n.."
