Khia POV
When I got home, I ran straight to my bathroom. I took a 45 minute shower using , strawberry body wash. I washed real good. I got out and put on a nude strapless bra and and a tan thong. I sat down ready to hit this head. I put some moisturizer in my hair and I combed it, brushed it, and flat ironed it. all that took about hour. I put on a white dress that was cut on the sides and had a peplum skirt at the bottom. I put on some red Christian Loubituans. I put some gold hoops in and gold bracelets and bangles. I grabbed my red Chanel crossbody purse. I did a smokey eye look with red and black eye shadow. I took one final look,and I was like damn. I'm fine. I texted August.
Me:I'm ready
Auggie:k, give me bout 15 min

I locked my phone and went to Toi's room. It looked like she was finna go some were. She had on a white oversized shirt with pure mookee on it in big black letters, some leggings that stopped above her ankles, orange converses , an orange hope beanie,and a tan bookbag. She was putting a wad of money in it, her phone, charger, some sleepover clothes, and some Chapstick and deodorant. I chuckled because she was trying to stuff it all in there. All I saw was her hair flying everywhere.
"Toi! You got to work on ya packing skills." I said.
"Bruh, it's killing me, and where ya going looking fine?" She said panting. I walked over there and took everything out, put her clothes in first then neatly and gently put the rest in. it took about 3minutes.
"Well,damn.you made me look like shit." she said chuckling. I laughed. August beeped ,I told her bye then ran to the door. I opened to be greeted by some white roses.
August POV
As soon as I got in the house, I called the florist.
"Yes, this is Mary's flower shop, how may I help you?" The receptionist asked
"Umm, let me get 1 dozen white roses." I said.
"Ok, $95 is your total, will you pick them up?" She asked
"No, my manager will, her name is Anise, thank ya." I said then hung up. I called Anise and told her what was going on. She agreed.
I hopped in the shower, I used of my dove men. I got out put on my Calvin Klein boxers. I put on a white button up,black skinnies,and my black and white Concords.I brushed my hair and walked down stairs since the bell rung. I opened it and there stood my manager, I thanked her grabbed some money of my counter and handed it to her and took the flowers. I put them on my counter then walked back upstairs to spray some cologne and get some money once I did that, I got in my blue Benz and speed off to get Khia. I arrived at Khia condo on time. I took a deep breath then knocked on the door. Khia opened it looking beautiful, I handed her the roses, she smiled wide. She walked back in the house and put them in water.
"Ya ready?" I asked opening her door for her.
"Yes,sir" she said giggling. I drove to our destination. We pulled up to the expensive ass restruant and waked to the entrance. It was called La'Beau. I walked to the hostess. He started speaking in another language. I was so confused.
"Bonjour, Auguste." Khia said. I was in awe. Then they started having a full blown convo. I was like can we have our table. They stopped their convo and he lead us our table. He gave us the menus. I started looking at the unknown food. Khia to order for me. They came out with fried chicken, rice, biscuit, and sweet potatoes. my mouth watered. As soon as my food came, I started to tear down. I finished in about 30minutes. Khia didn't want nunthin and I don't know why but that food didn't fill me. Khia told me that's because that was tofu. I payed for my meal then we went to McDonald's. I got two Big Macs, three large fries, and a large sprite. Khia got a twenty piece nugget, 1 large fry, and a sprite. We went to the boardwalk to eat. We was eating and talking. I keep on cracking jokes. We went for a walk on the beach, when I popped the question.
"Khia, I really like you, you ain't like these other girls ya special, I promise not to hurt and I promise to always be there. Will you Khia Nnmadi Wiggins be my girlfriend?" I said taking out the promise ring.
"Hell yea!" she said crying. I smiled and slipped the ring on her finger. She jumped on me and kissed me passionately. We separated with smiles on both of our faces. She jumped on my back, I had given her one of my sweatshirts that was in my trunk. I ran all to my car. The girl of my dreams is finally mine. Now she got to met the family. I drove back her back home, I kissed her at her door, she pulled me closer, it got heated. We pulled away to breath. She smiled at me. She hugged me, then walked into her house dat ass doe. I called my momma so Khia could meet dem. She said bring her tommorow. I went home and took a shower put on some sweats and feel asleep.
