The next morning Adrien called Mari and asked when he can come and see her or advise how he can go and talk with Kagami. Mari doesn't want Adrien to be near her, because she is already broken and needs time for herself. Mari just told him, go ask her maybe she likes you too. Mari knew about Kagami, she has feeling for Adrien.

Adrien on the other end was not happy because of Mari didn't want to see him and doesn't want to go with her too.

Adrien called Nino his best friend and ask for advice too. "Hey Nino, I need help."

Bro what do you need. Nino asked.

You know Nino My Father thinks I am dating Kagami and I was so nervous and I lied to my father I am dating Kagami.

Why I thought you dating Marinette. Nino said.

"WHAT", Marinette is my best friend I didn't think about it for the date, I like her but only as a "friend". Adrien replied.

"Are you sure bro", Nino said.

"Yes", I was going to ask Kagami out.

Nino was quite for a while. then said, "Adrien bro just yourself and go and talk with her, I am sure she will say "Yes" to you.

Adrien still wants to see Marinette but can't go to her house. Then the idea pops up in his brain. Maybe I just go and buy croissant maybe he can see Mari too and talk with her.

Adrien called his driver and went to the Bakery first. When he entered the bakery he only sees Mari's parents.

Hello, Sabine and Tom, he greeted. They welcome him and asked him what he wants to eat. They both know what he likes and Sabine knows What happened with Mari.

Adrien asked for a croissant. They pack for him and during this time he was looking for Mari. He thought Mari may be inside the kitchen and will come out and welcome him. But he was so wrong.

Sabine gave him the Packet and Told him, "Marinette is busy with Alya and can't come downstairs. Mari already told me, You going to ask Kagami out today, "well Good luck".

Adrien faces down because he was desperate to see Mari but no luck today. I will go and see as Chat then later. He thinks.

Adrien said Goodbyes to them and went to his car and ask the driver to take him to Kagami's place.

Adrien went to Kagami's house. Kagami opens the gate for him and takes him inside.

Adrien was a nervous wreck and trying to say but don't know-how. Kagami saw this and said, Adrien, What happened and why are you nervous. Adrien opens a mouth to speak but no luck.

He likes Kagami, but he did a mistake to say to his Father he is dating Kagami and now how he is going to explain to Kagami.

After 1 or 2 mins. Adrien said I did something stupid and told my father Iamdatingyou.

Sorry Kagami, I told my Father I am dating you because I am hanging out with you after fencing so he thinks I am dating you.

Kagami just smiled and said its ok Adrien because I like you and really want to date you.

Adrien was shocked, he like Kagami but not romantically and now he stuck. He doesn't know what he does now. Maybe he tries and makes it work and let see where this goes.

I will take you tomorrow on a date. I will come and pick you at 6 o'clock. is this ok with you Kagami?

Yes, that's fine, I will be ready.

OK see you tomorrow then and he left the place and went home.

Adrien went to his room and still thinking what happened today, In the morning he went to Mari's place but couldn't see her even Sabine doesn't want me to see Mari and told, she is busy. It's never happened before and Marinette doesn't want to see me she is busy God knows for what. And Kagami likes me and wants to date with me. I should be happy but why I am not happy. And why I am thinking about Marinette.

Ok Adrien calm down, everything is fine, Marinette may be busy with her project and I know when she is busy no one can disturb her. I just need to call her and tell her what Kagami said.

Ladybug took in a long breath once she reached the roof that marked the end of their patrol route. She sat down and Chat Noir soon joined her.

The whole patrol, Ladybug's mind had been preoccupied with the news about Adrien. She had only met Kagami once, on the day she had been akumatized into Riposte. Adrien had mentioned a couple of months before that he was seeing the heir to the Tsurgi fortune, and she knows Kagami is her fencing partner and he always hang out with her but he had neglected to properly introduce his new friend to his friend group. And now he is dating her.

"Ladybug......I have something to tell you" Chat Noir said as the two of them gazed over their city.

Ladybug looked back to her partner, who fumbled with his baton.

Ladybug blinked in shock. As far as she knew, Chat Noir was still in love with her.

"Chat.... I didn't even know you were dating anyone!"

Chat Noir scratched the back of his head.

"It all happened very fast"

Ladybug smiled "Well, I hope that you're going to be very happy!" she said, and she meant it. If her kitty was happy, she would be as well.

"It's okay, Chat" Ladybug grinned and lightly punched him on the arm.

"Tell me about her" she requested.

"Well.... she's really cool. She likes me. And I think we make a good pair. I like being around her"

It didn't sound like the grandest love story of all time, but Ladybug didn't say anything. If it meant that Chat Noir was over her, it must be a good thing. Right?
