Prologue

Your POV:
You were sick of that life. You were bullied in school and your sister was slowly dying. You had only one true friend, who shared with you a special passion - you both were interested in anomalies. One day, when you left the school, luckily, bullies didn't see you, he took you on a side and said:

B: Hey Y/N, I have found something interesting.

Y: What did you find?

B: You remember that forest with a fence, that is supposed to protect the animals inside?

Y: Yea, I always wondered, how many animals are inside, because I have never seen any.

B: Well, I have bought a drone some time ago and I have checked that. Do you know what I have found?

Y: I have no clue. What did you find?

B: An enourmous building inside the forest. And guess whos logo was on it?

Y: ... Don't tell me that this belongs to SCP foundation, because I will not believe that.

B: Then you better believe! I even took a photo from that drone, look!

He showed you a photo, and it looked like he was telling the truth.

Y: Wow, that's... Interesting... What are you going to do with that?

B: I will burn the photo. Just please, don't tell anyone, I don't want aby troubles.

Y: Don't worry, I will not. Now lets take the bus before it drives away.

You returned to your home, and you found your mother in tears.

Y: Mom? What happened?

M: Th-They told me th-that she has only two days to live, a-and it will b-be the best i-if she spends them at home!

After that, she bursted into tears. Hospital sent your sister to home, because they said that there is no hope for her. You had no clue what to think of that. You tried to comfort her, but at the same time, you were also crying. Soon, your father left the kitchen. His eyes were red, you knew that he was also crying. It was hard for you to imagine him crying, because he was always so tough and joyful. Even that one time, when he hit his leg with an axe, he told you to call an ambulance, but he kept smiling and said: "That happens, it will be ok". This time even he lost his joy. But it couldn't end like this! Your sister was only 11, she had a lot of live in front of her! And because of a stupid cancer, she was going to die. You couldn't let that happen, but there was nothing you could do. The entire day passed, and you were going to sleep. Nobody could help your sister, so you have decided to do something, you would never do. You remembered, how Bob was always talking about God, but to be honest, you didn't really believe him. After all, how can you believe into someone, you cannot even see? But this time, you didn't have other choice. You looked into the sky and said: "Hey, I will be honest, I don't know if you really exist or not. If you do, then take my live, but leave my sister alive. She doesn't deserve to die." You waited but didn't get any answer. As you expected. Just a waste of time. You lied in your bed and started dreaming. You were in a strange place, it looked like a hospital, but smaller. And there was a logo of the foundation on the wall. You have heard the conversation of two people:

???: Experiments on SCP 427 are a great success! At this moment it was able to heal every physical disease!

???: Yes, but we still need to test it. We need to check, if 427 can cure cancer. If it does, then we will be able to use that for threatment of our staff from every disease! Of course we need to remember about side effects of using it for too long.

???: There is a problem with that. We don't have any personel with cancer, so we cannot check that.

???: That's not a problem. If I find a person that has it, even if that's a civilian, I will bring him to you. We will check that and then amnesticate him, so we don't have to risk that somebody tells about us.
