Tim quickly realized what was happening, and pushed away from Moby, embarrassed.

"I should probably get that." Tim says, and puts on his sopping shirt.

Moby is flustered. If he could show emotion, he would be bright red. He wondered what would've happened if the knock never occurred.

Tim opens the door. It's a girl with glasses, brunette, and a bun in her hair. She looks confused.

"What is going on here? Are you ok? why are you wet?"

Tim looks down at his shirt then glances at Moby. "Oh yeah, of course! accidentally burnt the pizza rolls." Tim rubs the back of his neck.

"Oh wow." She then spots Moby. "What is this?"

"This is Moby. He's my co-worker. Moby this is Abbie, my.."

Abbie interrupts. "Neighbor!" she smiles awkwardly.

Moby looks at her suspiciously. "Bleep." he says.

Moby was full of jealously. Abbie is obviously not just a "neighbor." Moby knew what had to be done. Moby started shaking and convulsing, acting like his system was functioning.

Tim gasps. "Omg Moby, what's happening to you?"

"Bleep...BLEep!" Moby gets in the floor and starts shaking.

"Omg I though he was waterproof! I guess not. Abbie, this really isn't a good time, I need to get Moby to a repair shop NOW."

"Yeah of course! Are you sure you don't want me to come?"

Moby pushes the door closed with his foot. Tim doesn't notice.

Tim picks up his phone to call a repair shop, only to find it won't turn on.

"My phone! I got damaged by the sprinklers."

Moby stops violently shaking and lays still, knowing that Abbie is gone.

Tim gets on his knees next to Moby.

"MOBY?? DON'T DIE ON ME!"

Moby can't help it. "Bleep bleep bleep!"

Tim looks at Moby and wipes tears from his eyes. "What the hell Moby?! What do you mean you faked it? I thought I just lost my best friend to my ceiling sprinklers!"

Moby sighs internally. Why does he keep saying best friend like they weren't just about to kiss fifteen minutes ago?

Tim helps Moby up, and Tim looks around at his soaking kitchen in exhaustion.

"Well, not much to do now besides clean up." Tim ruffles his damp hair.

Moby is tempted to try and kiss him again. Tim's skin is really pale and his face is a weird shape, but Moby likes that about him.

Moby looks at him. "Bleep bleep?'

Tim smiles. "Sure , you clean help me clean up."

Moby is drying off the counter with towels, and Tim opens the trashcan to throw away the burnt pizza rolls. He looks inside a pulls out a box of chocolate. Moby's metal stomach sinks.

"What's this? I don't remember buying it or throwing it away."

Moby blushes. He's speechless. Tim realizes.

"Look, this is a very sweet offer, but I honestly think it's better off you threw it away after all."

Moby's emotions go from embarrassed to angry. How could he say that? Tim put out chocolates for him too!

"Bleep! bleep bleep." Tim scoffs.

"One, I put out chocolates to be courteous, and two, we were NOT about to kiss."

Moby keeps wiping off the kitchen in frustration, ignoring Tim.

"I think I'd be better if you went home now, I'll do the rest."

Tim goes over and tries to remove the towel from Moby's hand. Moby doesn't budge.

"Look Moby, i'm just trying to do what's best right now."

Moby looks up at Tim. They're face to face once again. Tim looks at Moby's lips. Or whatever they are. Tim grabs the towel from Moby without looking away.

"I'll see you tomorrow Moby, we've got work to do."

Moby grabs his keys and slams the door on the way out. Maybe he was wrong about Tim after all, he could never truly love a robot.
