Chapter 3

Kelly's pov
Last week me and Casey had sex after a couple of day I felt sick  I rushed to the bathroom
Casey: you feel ok
Me: yeah must've been something I ate
After a few days I stop throwing up but one minute I'm mad and next thing I'm crying it was weird
Casey: are you sure ok
Me: yeah
I started to notice my stomach was bulging I though I was gettting fat

Later that night
I decide to take a bath I got In the bath when I felt horrible pain
Me:CASEY
Casey rushes in
Casey: you ok
Me: no my stomach hurts really bad
Casey reaches down between my legs
Casey: kelly i want you to push
Me: why
Casey : because you are in labor
Me: what I'm not pregnant
Casey: kelly I see the head you need to push this baby is coming and there is no stopping it
I started to push and I felt the head moving
Casey: you doing great kelly
I kept pushing I felt the head pop out
Casey: let me clear the airways
He started to clean the baby's nose
Me: Casey I have to push
Casey: try to hold it
I was getting annoyed
Me: Casey  I need to push I'm having a contraction
Casey: ok go
I started to push and I felt the shoulders
Me: argggggh
I continue to push I felt the baby slide out  I was breathing hard I sets to feel lightheaded and I notice the water was turning red Casey had called the Ambo

Casey pov
I was in the bedroom when I heard kelly screamed for me
Kelly:Casey
I rush in
Me :you ok ?
Kelly: no my stomach hurts really bad
I reached into the water between Severide legs and I felt a head
Me:kelly I want to push
Kelly: why
Me:because you are in labor
Kelly looked at me like I was crazy
Kelly:I'm not pregnant
Me :kelly I see the head you need to push this baby is coming and there is no stopping it
Kelly started pushing and I felt the head move
Me: you doing great kelly
Kelly kept pushing and I felt the head pop
Me : let me clean the airways
I started to clean the airways when kelly gasp
Kelly :Casey I have to push
Me: tried to hold
I could he was getting annoyed
Kelly:Casey I need to push I'm having a contraction
Me: ok go
Kelly started pushing and the shoulders were coming out
Kelly:AAAARG
He continued to push when the baby slide out I lifted the baby up it was a boy I notice kelly was drifting in and out consciousness that's when I notice the blood so I called Brett
Me : Brett I need you and foster to come here
Brett: what's going on
Me: kelly didn't know he was pregnant he just gave birth and he's bleeding
Brett: ok we will be there
10 minutes later
Brett and foster come into the bathroom
Brett went to kelly
Brett: kelly can you hear me
Foster : he's losing blood
They lifted him on the stretcher and placed a blanket on him they also placed a oxygen mask on him
Foster: Casey want to ride with us
I nodded my head
I got in the back on the ambulance when the machine started beeping
Foster: he's Bp is dropping  come on kelly don't do this
Me: what's going on
Foster: he's loosing blood and it looks like the placenta had detached
Me: wouldn't the baby be in danger
Foster: luckily he delivered but it's causing him to bleed internally

We made to med a nurse took the baby and I went to the waiting
Boden: Casey
I stood up with tears in my eyes
Ashlynn: Casey
I felt like I couldn't breathe
Ashlynn : hey Matt you need to breathe
I was trying to but it was hard next thing ik I'm falling into somebody arms

Ashlynn pov
When we got the call I was worried about my brother we got to the hospital  and I saw Casey
Boden: Casey
Matt turned around it looked like he was struggling to breathe
Me: Casey
He was still struggling to breathe he was having a panic attack
Me: hey Matt you need to breathe
It didn't working and he collapsed in my arms
Connor came in: what happened
Me: we have no idea
Connor picked Casey up

Couple hours later
After 2 hours later Natalie came in
Me: how is kelly
Natalie : he stable he made and he still can have kids
Boden: what happened
Natalie: after he gave birth the placenta had detached and it was causing to bleed but we got to stop he's getting settle into a room I'll come get you
Me: and casey
Connor comes in
Connor: he's fine he just passed out from stress
Boden: can we see him
Connor: sure
Me: Boden do you mind if I go In there and you guys can see kelly
Boden: sure
I go into Casey room he was asleep
Me: hey Matt
I was stroking his hair is eyes started to flutter
Me: hey
Matt: what happened
Me: you fainted
Matt: how's kelly
Me: he's ok Natalie said the stop the bleeding
Matt: and the baby
Me: she didn't say  do you want to go see kelly
Mat nodded I help him up and we headed to Kelly's room

Kelly's room
Boden: hey Casey
Matt: hey
Me: do you want to sit down
Matt nodded
I help him sit down  I go by Boden
Me: has he waken up
Boden : not yet
I heard a moan and looked at the person on the bed
Me: hey kelly
Kelly : what happened and why am I sore
Matt: hey you gave birth and the placenta had detached but they got it
The was a knock on the door and a nurse came in
Nurse: your baby boy is healthy
She placed him in Kelly's arm
Kelly: hi baby I didn't know you was in there
Me:what's his name
Matt: how about jayson Benny Severide
Kelly : it's perfect
Boden: get some rest we be back In the morning
Me: get some kelly
Kelly: thanks
I hugged him
Me: Casey you staying here
Matt: yeah
Me: ok
