Chapter One_ I Miss Them So Much

It was the day before valentines day I miss Patrick so much we talked last night on facetime.
I woke up to see that it was ten in the morning I looked at my phone and checked my social media accounts I saw that I had a message off Patrick to say good morning and that he loves and misses me I messaged him back good morning and that I miss and love him too.
I decided that I would spend some time with my horse Apollo I got out of bed and went into my ensuite where I had a quick shower when I was done in the shower I walked back into my bedroom I went into my walk in wardrobe and got dressed into a simple comfortable outfit I still didn't know how I was going to tell Patrick that I'm pregnant I was so scared because what if he didn't want kids I'm so scared to become a mom because what if I'm not a good mom.
I grabbed my iPhone off charge I also grabbed my apple airpods off charge I then walked out my bedroom and I went downstairs I went into the kitchen where my godfather was.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Hey princess how you feeling this morning.
Lucy Jones: I feel good thank you.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Would you like some breakfast.
Lucy Jones: Yes please what are you making.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Blueberry pancakes.
Lucy Jones: Ooh my favourite.
I watched as he made the pancakes he put some onto a plate and handed it to me.
Lucy Jones: Thank you.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Would you like some maple syrup.
Lucy Jones: Yes please.
He went into the fridge and handed me the maple syrup.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Would you like a drink.
Lucy Jones: Can of diet coke please.
He handed me a can of diet coke I then got up and walked over to the cupboard where I kept my prenatal vitamins and took them I went and sat back down and ate breakfast when I was done eating breakfast I took my plate and washed it up.
Lucy Jones: I'm going down to the stables to spend some time with Apollo.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Ok be careful.
Lucy Jones: I will I promise.
I walked out the back and went down to the stables I grabbed Apollo's bridle and lead rope I put it on him I lead him out to the field when I got there I took the lead rope off him and watched as he cantered round the field I smiled.
One hour later
Apollo was laying down in the field and I was cuddled up to him.
Lucy Jones: I love you so much Apollo.
He neighed I cuddle closer to him.

Patrick's POV
The cab pulled into the driveway of Lucy's godfathers farm property I can't wait to see her and hold her in my arms.
I got out the cab and I paid the driver I grabbed my bags and walked to the front door I knocked it Jeffrey answered the door.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: It's so good to see you again Patrick.
Patrick Dempsey: You too Jeffrey is Lucy in.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Yeah she's down in the field with her horse come in.
I walked into the house I placed my bags on the ground.
Patrick Dempsey: I'm going to the field to see Lucy.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Ok.
I walked out the back and went down to the field to see Lucy cuddled up to her horse.
Lucy Jones: I miss them so much Apollo it hurts I wish they was here and I could spend one more day with them tell them how much I love them I...
She looked up and saw me she stood up she ran and jumped into my arms.
Lucy Jones: God I've missed you.
Patrick Dempsey: Not as much as I've missed you I love you.
Lucy Jones: I love you too.
Patrick Dempsey: Hey look at me.
She looked into my eyes.
Patrick Dempsey: Hey I love you so much and I wouldn't know what to do without you your my world.
She cut me off by kissing me.
Lucy Jones: I wish I could get away from here for a bit I miss my parents so much.
Patrick Dempsey: How about we go and visit my mom I know she misses you that's if you want to of course.
Lucy Jones: I would love to.
Patrick Dempsey: Come on there's something that I have for you that I got after the race.
Lucy Jones: Let's take Apollo back to his stable then because I have to feed him.
We took Apollo back to his stable.

Lucy's POV
After we took Apollo back to his stable I fed him then we walked back up to the house we walked into the kitchen.
Lucy Jones: Why don't you go and phone your mom I need to talk to my godfather.
Patrick Dempsey: Ok.
He walked out the kitchen.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: You alright princess.
Lucy Jones: Yeah can I talk to you for a minute.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Of course what is it.
Lucy Jones: Me and Patrick am going away for a week.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Why.
Lucy Jones: I need to clear my mind because of tomorrow and it's valentine's day tomorrow and I want to spend sometime with Patrick I need to be alone with him when I tell him about the baby.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Ok that's find by me just be careful please.
Lucy Jones: I will I promise will you get my prenatal vitamins ready for when I come back down.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Of course I will.
Lucy Jones: I had better go and pack.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Ok.
I walked through the house and went upstairs to my room I got a duffel bag and a backpack out my walk in wardrobe I put my clothes and shoes into the duffel bag I also put my electrical items into my backpack as well as the present for Patrick that would tell him that I'm pregnant I was alone in my room I walked over to the mirror that was in my room and placed my hand on my stomach.
Lucy Jones: Can you hear me little one me and daddy love you so much we can't wait to meet you your very special to us.
I heard the bedroom door open I took my hand off my stomach it was Patrick.
Patrick Dempsey: You ready babe.
Lucy Jones: Yeah I'm ready.
I grabbed my backpack he grabbed my duffel bag and we walked downstairs my godfather was waiting at the bottom of the stairs he slipped my prenatal vitamins into my backpack he also handed me my guitar case.
Lucy Jones: Thanks I'll see you in a week.
Me and Patrick walked out to my jeep that we was taking we put our bags onto the backseat we got into the jeep.
Patrick Dempsey: Hey I have something for you.

What Patrick got for me.

He reached into the glove box and pulled out a small square box.
Lucy Jones: What's this.
Patrick Dempsey: Open it and find out it's just something to show you how much I love you.
I opened the box to reveal a his beauty bracelet it had my birth stone in it.
Lucy Jones: Patrick it's beautiful I love it.
Patrick Dempsey: I have the matching bracelet for it.
He showed me his wrist I saw the matching bracelet that said her beast.
Patrick Dempsey: Would you like me to put it on for you.
Lucy Jones: Yes please.
He got it out the box and put it on for me then he kissed my hand.
Patrick Dempsey: I love you so much.
Lucy Jones: I love you too Patrick your everything to me.
He kissed me he then drove out the driveway.

Three hour later.
I woke up to Patrick shaking me.
Lucy Jones: What.
Patrick Dempsey: Would you like to get something to eat.
Lucy Jones: Yes please I'm starving.
He pulled into a McDonald's drive thru.
Patrick Dempsey: What would you like.
Lucy Jones: Some chicken nuggets and a diet coke.
He ordered our food he paid and we got our food we sat in the parking lot while eating our food.
One hour later.
We arrived at his mother's house he parked the jeep we got out the jeep the front door opened and his mom walked out.
Patrick Dempsey: Hey mom.
Amanda Dempsey: Hey darling it's good to see you again Lucy.
Lucy Jones: You too Amanda actually can I talk to you alone for a minute.
Amanda Dempsey: Of course.
Patrick Dempsey: Babe why don't you go in with my mom and I'll get the bags.
Lucy Jones: Are you sure.
Patrick Dempsey: Of course I'm sure.
Me and his mom walked into the house we went into the kitchen.
Amanda Dempsey: What did you need to talk about.
Lucy Jones: I need to tell you something but you have to promise not to tell Patrick.
Amanda Dempsey: Of course what is it.
Lucy Jones: I'm pregnant.
Amanda Dempsey: That's amazing news your going to make great parents.
Lucy Jones: Thank you that means a lot.
Patrick walked into the kitchen to see me and his mom hugging.
Patrick Dempsey: You alright babe.
Lucy Jones: Yeah I'm fine.
Amanda Dempsey: Would you guys like a drink.
Lucy Jones: A diet coke please.
She handed me a diet coke can.
Amanda Dempsey: Would you like one Patrick.
Patrick Dempsey: No thanks mom I'll have a bottle of water please.
She handed him a bottle of water.
Three hours later.
Me and Patrick was curled up in bed we fell asleep in each others arms not long after that.
I couldn't wait till tomorrow to tell him that we was having a baby.
