I was scrolling through insta and checking my snapchat. People can be so dry on both social Medias. I was still laying on my bed when I heard a knock on my door. " Yes, come in", I yelled. "Hey there, how u feeling?", Eli asked me, "I'm doing great, lemme guess ur leaving with the boy's?" , I said, "Yes but they have invited u to the party their throwin, do u wanna come?", "Or course, is that even a question. "Ok cool, meet u downstairs in 20 mins ok" he closed the door, I got up from my bed and showered first of all. I haven't unpacked my clothes, so I had to fish my clothes in the boxes. I finally found an outfit that I really liked. I redid my makeup the way I had it this morning. I went downstairs and saw Elijah waiting on the stairs. " You ready?" I asked, "Been ready from time", I grabbed my purse and my keys and we were headed out the door.

Eli drove, he's an ok driver but I'm not complaining. We played some R&B throwback songs and a few rap songs here and there. We finally arrived to their house. We both got out the car and headed inside the house. It was a couple of our friends and as well as their friends too. There was music playing and people dancing and kinda sorta yelling. " This is way to wild bro, I don't if i should be here?", "what are you saying, u belong here", Eli said. " Ouuu and right now, I see some fine ladies, imma head out", he said. 

Yep he just did that, he just left me for some fine ladies, but I didnt care to be honest. Went over to Edwin and started a conversation with him. " Two parties in 1 day huh, seems exciting.", I said nugging his arm. " You gotta do, what you gotta do u feel me", Edwin replied , " Ye i guess, hey have u seen Zion?" I asked, "Nah but I'll keep a look out for you doe", Edwin said "Thanks" I said as I started to walk off. I wandered around, joining other peoples conversations, they seemed very boring but I was bored. I got something to drink from the kitchen and sat at the table drinkin my drink. I looked around for Elijah and he's probably out like a light but thats a him and I can't blame him. N e ways I checked the rooms for him and I found him on the ground with his knees in his face. " What's wrong Eli?" I said, " The girl I really liked is with him, and I can't help but feel this way" he said wiping his nose. " Who is with who?" I asked. "Why don't you look for yourself" he told me.

I got up from the ground and opened the door, I peeked in the door and to my surprise I saw Zion and some girl. Did it hurt me, yes but were not together no I guess this one can pass, but I thought we had a "Thing" goin on between each other. I guess it didnt mean anything to him. I closed the door. I told Eli that were leaving, he got up and behind me I heard a door close and my name being called. I headed to the door as quick as I can, I wasn't looking where I was goin and I was facing this guy, I guess he caught me. " Thanks for uh, catching me" I said, "Thanks for being a catch" he said to me while smiling. He helped me up and Eli was standing there. "Jasmine, I can explain everything" Zion said to me, " Listen Zion, I dont care, were not together and I'm glad were not, so u can go back to whatever u and that girl were doing" I told him, " The only person u should explain things is Eli, this is between u and him", I told him, " Eli look - ", he said , " Look , Zion, u knew that I liked her and u did this", Eli said. 

Eli and I walked past the two boys. " Wait, I didn't get your name" he said while running behind me, I stopped outside, he met me in the front of the house. " Im Jasmine and u are?"I asked, " Im Sebastian, wait r u the girl from next door, the girl who had the music all the way up?", "Ye, wait are u the guy who threw a rock at my window", "Wow what a coincidence".
