It was a mission just like any other just myself and my girl friend/partner Y/n we've been dating for 3 years and we were on an assassination mission. I didn't think that I could feel emotions but Y/n proved me wrong. I fell in love however with love can a other emotions like joy, sadness, and fear.

"All right lets do this. You ready Sasori" Y/n said "ready" our job wasn't too hard we were paid to assassinate some lord.

...It was supposed to be a very simple mission kill some lord, get paid, move on. We didn't expect anything to happen so we just prepared the things for a normal mission. Imagine our surprise when it turns out we were double crossed. Turns out the lord paid our buyer to hire us to assassinate him we had bounties on our head large ones at that. It never crossed our minds that the mission that the mission was a trap. One we fell head first into it as well.

We were surrounded by about 300 Anbu level shinobi in other word we had a 50 50 Percent chance of survival. Our only option was to flea or fight. Our chances were slim but our prides were sky high so we both gave each other a nod to the head and smirked within seconds we were back to back.

The battle was intense but Y/n had my back and I had hers we won the gamble of 50 50. We won the lord was killed, our buyer was decapitated. Blood, heads, bodies all over what was left of the village. All the shinobi around us were dead...or so we thought.

We worn out and covered in blood we were heading back to the base. I didn't sense him, see him, or even hear him but somehow Y/n did she could sense him for me it took a little longer. "I know your there you can come out now~ unless... you want me to come and get you~" Y/n sung in a creepy sing song voice.

That's when I sensed him one managed to survive one single shinobi.'that's one of the reasons I love her she covers my back where I can't not that I would tell her that though. some things are better left unsaid' I almost laughed what could one shinobi do against us we literally just killed his entire village and he thinks he can beat us. "Hey Sasori you got this one or you want me to help you~" I could tell she was tired and her chakra was at dangerous levels. 'yet she still asks me if we I need help' "No I got this one you can rest go on ahead I'll catch up soon" "mmk I'm tired anyway you have fun honey~" 'I love my nickname she made for be' "be there soon love"

The battle ended quickly but right before I could end it he said "If I can't kill you I'll at least kill her" my eyes widened as he disappeared within a poof of smoke. I ran as fast as I could but I made it right in time to see him stab her side with a kunai. My eyes narrowed her eyes widened then she spun around and slit his throat. I then walked up to her and asked "you ok" she said "yeah it's not like I haven't been stabbed by a kunai befo....urgg" she didn't finished she started to fall I luckly caught her in time I kept a emotionless face on the outside but I was inwardly panicking "Shiiit that hurtsss...Shit...Sasori it was poisoned" My eyes narrowed and in the inside my mind went into full panic 'I need to stay calm think we have to focus' I quickly looked around 'shitttt were still 5 hours away from the base and I don't know what poison it was plus my chakra's too low to check I only have enough for one more jutsu then my body will go into a unconscious state' my eyes narrowed 'we only have one option.' I cringed 'It's gonna be a painful process unfortunently only one we have at the moment. I did mine over a one year time frame and it was still painful' I looked at her and my eyes softened 'I refuse to lose her...I already lost enough anything but her' with that though I voiced my our only option "Were still to far away from the base and I have enough chakra for one more jutsu. With means I'll be in a coma like state recover my chakra for at least 2 days. We only have one option we can't save your body however we can transfer your conscious to at least an object. Like how I did with my self I'll have to put you in a puppet body later though...and it'll be...excruciating." I saw her face cringe but she weakly nodded her head and said "I'll do it I don't wanna leave you in here alone" I slightly nodded my head 'oh god this is gonna be hard to watch' but I had no more time to lose so I quickly set up to preform the jutsu and transferred her conscious to the only thing I had that was the most likely thing to work, her Akatsuki ring.

With that I started, it would take 1 hour and it was a hard process. During that time her screams rung out and every time I heard it I felt my heart break if puppets could cry I probably would. The rind started to glow which meant it was a success. At that moment I felt my self smile. Then everything went black and I couldn't move or see but I could hear.

We apparently had some major bad luck because a few hours after I started to hibernate thief's found our bodies and guess what they stole our valuables .They stole our money, our weapons', and unfortunently the Akatsuki ring were worth a lot and high quality jewelry with means they took Y/n. My mind went black and I inwardly cursed that I put her in jewelry. The only thing I learned from ease dropping was they were taking her to the market in a small town outside Suna. From here to Suna is a 3 day journey.

I'll be able to see again in a day and the day after that I'll be able to move again. Which mean I have about one day to catch up. I made sure to listen to which way direction they headed in. 'Please be safe...please be safe' was all I could think.

The second I could move I began crawling in there direction then I started walk and bye the next hour sprinting. My chakra was about at a quarter at the moment. I was gaining more by the minute. By the time I caught up to them they were about 3 miles from the supposed village. I summoned used my chakra strings and held then to the ground with the string at there throat while I said "where is the jewelry you stole from me" I glared 'If they so much as made a scratch on her I will torcher them for hours' I could see it they were scared shitless and barely managed to say "I-I-in tha-t b-bag ov-over the-re" I nodded still keeping the threads at there throat. I emptied the bag and scanned its contents only to find one Akatsuki ring. MY Akatsuki ring. my eyes narrowed "FUCK!" they flinched I killed all the others except the leader. "Where is the other one of these rings here" he looked like he was about to pass out "w-w-we s-sold it-t a-about a th-there h-hou-rs ag-o sir" he super stuttered my grip tightened and my eyes narrowed 'THEY SOLD HER ok..stay calm stay calm stay calm STAY F-ing CALM deep breaths' after a few deep breaths 'we need him to tell us who and which direction just take a deep breath' after I calmed myself to a reasonable level I asked "who did you sell it to and which way did they go" I loosened the chakra strings on him enough and he pointed south and said "He bought a lot of our jewelry and went that way I'm guessing he was some rich lord" with that I slit his throat and began to run South. 'stay safe Y/n please don't be injured cause if you have so muck as a scratch on you so help me Jashin I will bring those fucker back to life and strangle them'

By the time I got to the second kidnapper it was sunset on the third day my chakra was running on empty and I was NOT going to black out again therefor I recovered chakra. I made sure to keep a eye on then and tracked to were the jewelry was being held in there camp. At midnight I was half way full and began to make my way over. When I finally made sure they had Y/n I began my move I made sure I killed every person in the most painful way. I made sure it was a total blood bath I know they didn't so it but I needed to take out my frustration on something. When I was done I took her/the ring and I headed back to my work shop.

2 weeks later

I finally finished Y/n's new body I wasn't perfect but It was enough for her to be able to move in plus I really miss her and was really worried. At last I transferred the her soul?/conscious to her new puppet body. Y/n opened her eyes and lunged at me hugging me to death and I was hugging her back to. I gave a big sigh of relief. 'She's ok. She's safe.' "I love you so much" she said in a shaky voice. "I was scared...really scared I wasn't ready to say goodbye to you. I probably never will be" her voice croaked "thank you for rescuing me I could hear the whole thing and I really missed you" I just hugged her tighter "Missed you too and of course I would rescue you love. I could never lose you and now that you won't have to. Your just like me and now we won't ever have to say goodbye" she nodded her head.

I wasn't sure how long it had been since she was put in her knew body but that whole time she was hugging me. We both needed each others reassurance so we stayed like that and I made sure to promise in my head that we will Never Say Goodbye
