Scared Kit

The next morning kit woke up with the worst hangover ever. Feeling around his bed for his partner but the space is empty.
"Mmh maybe ming has gone to get ready." Kit thinks to himself. He should get up there supposed to meet ming parent today, he can't hide from this. No matter how many drinks he had last night today is the day that will determine his future with his daddy Ming.
Turning to the side of the bed where the small lamp is located kit spots a glass of water and 2 advils he smiles. Ming does take good care of him.
"Ming" he calls out but doesn't get a response. His yet to pick up his phone and open instagram. Slowly raising from his bed he heads to the bathroom. Damn he looks bad.. suddenly the bathroom door opens revealing ming.
"How are you feeling?" Ming ask.
"Bad. Very bad.. but I need to shower so we can go to your parents." Kit says.
"Kit its already past 1pm."
"What we are late why didn't you wake me up."
" I already cancelled with my parents."
"Why."
"Because I knew you didn't want to go. Seeing as how much you actually drunk. It was a sign and I wontr force you." ming says and immediately kit knows its his fault. If only he could have hide his insecurities but he was, still is scared of meeting Ming parents.
"What did you tell them."
"That you got food poisoning. Come on I already got us lunch." Ming says as he takes hold pf kits hand and leads him to the dinning area.

After.much begging and assuring Ming that he is not scared anymore, Ming agrees with Kit's plan and they head to his parents home.
This was suppsed to be his first meeting with Mings parents and he already screwed it up by getting drunk the night before.

At Ming's parents home.

"Am sorry we arrived very late."kit says.
"Its okay dear ming told us you were sick."
The guilt of ming having to lie to his parents was killing him. He looked to his left and saw ming looking back at him.
"I wasn't sick. Am sorry." Fuck its now or never kit.
"What do you mean."
"I was drunk. I went out drinking with my friends because I was very nervous and scared about meeting you. I wanted you to love me and approve of your son for me. I was so scared that you'll both end up hating me so I drunk more than enough. I wasn't sick I was just busy with a hangover."
After confessing Kit can feel tears dripping from his eyes and somebody hugs him. He knows that scent so well. Its ming. The scent comforts him but also makes him cry harder.
"Am sorry daddy." Kit sputs out. Forgetting that.mings parents are in the room.
