[Y/N]'s P.O.V
I was currently working at a cafe near my house. Having to work near your house while your adorable but a little too anxious girlfriend  is really thoughtful  of me. It would take me 20 minutes  to go home if something was wrong, 10 if I used my car. Today was Valentine's Day. That means that people would bring their date to the cafe, which also means more hours of work. 2 more hours to be exact. But it was still enjoyable watching couples exchange presents, or affection. It honestly reminded me of Spinel. 'That lil clingy goofball', I shook my head, smiling lovestruck.

Spinel's P.O.V
I was sitting in the corner of our bedroom, looking at all directions panicking. My sight stopped at the clock. It was 8:20 pm, [Y/N] should be here by now.  'Why is she late...' I thought, trying to control my breath. 'One, two, three...' I breathe in. 'Four, five, six..' I breathe out. 'Baby should be here by now..What could she be doing at this hour...What if she replaced me!' Hot tears slipped out of my eyes. 'She couldn't have replaced me, afterall that night meant something for both of us, did it?!'  I smiled to myself, a little bit of hope wrapped around negative thoughts. 'Maybe it was because I didn't say too many I love you's? That sounds dumb..Maybe it's because I'm not good enou-'. A loud sound of a  slam interrupted my thoughts. "Baby girl I'm so sorry I'm late! My shift ended a few hours ago but I wanted to buy somethi-" She looked at me. "I'm so sorry doll! Forgive me please," Her voice was noe calming. My girlfriend slowly approached me and kneeled down. She gently placed her forehead against mine, "I love you my clingy beutiful angel. I didn't mean to scare you like that. You mean the world to me you know? I wouldn't leave you even if you are a sobbing mess. You are MY loveliest mess. If that's a word". She kissed away my tears and slowly grabbed my waist. "I have something for you baby.." She seductively whispered, grabbing something from a plastic bag. [Y/N] placed a pink teddy bear plushy, a box of chocolates with the shape of hearts, and a bouquet of Lavender, Red and Deep Pink flowers.
