As soon as Miss Dejeneran got Carrie back into her clothes she went to the office and told Mr Kipple to ring Carrie's mother.After he rang Carrie's mother he asked Carrie to come in and sit down "Now Cassie"said Mr Kipple

Carrie was a bit annoyed that Mr Kipple was calling her Cassie instead of Carrie.So when she sat down she looked at the ash tray and started to get angry.Then Mr Kipple said "Cassie we've decided that we should send you home to rest and you'll be able to come back to school tomorrow"."So we are really sorry about this incident Cassie"
"It's Carrie!"Carrie shouted.As she left the room slamming the door behind her.
On her way home she heard a boy coming through the gaps of the trees so she had a look but no one was there so she checked again and this time he shouted "Freaky Carrie freaky Carrie"so instead of ignoring him she used her mind and pushed the boy and his bike over onto the grass.When Carrie arrived home she heard her mother leave the house so she went upstairs and got changed into her home clothes and fixed her hair.
When her mother arrived home she received a phone call from Carrie's school and the principal said "Hi Margaret it's me Mr Kipple Cassie's principal um we've just sent Cassie home because there was an incident earlier today in the girls bathroom and the girls are still bullying her so she will be staying home for the rest of today and she will be going back to school tomorrow ok".
"Ok,and by the way her name is Carrie not Cassie!".
When Margaret finished on the phone she told Carrie to come down stairs and sit with her for a minute and talk.When Carrie came down stairs Margaret started to tell Carrie to pray and when Carrie said no Margaret said "go to you closet and pray" Carrie was frightened of her closet because every day she was abused by her mother every day of her life. "No mama"said Carrie as she backed away from her closet.Then Margaret came up,grabbed Carrie by the arm and pushed her into the closet and locked the door.Carrie was banging on the door ,screaming and crying.When Carrie stopped screaming she decided to sit down and pray.When she got out she went straight to her bedroom and sat at the mirror and cried. Then while Margaret was finishing up one of Carrie's jumpers she heard a smash coming from Carrie's room so she stopped her sewing and ran up the stairs to see what was going on in Carrie's room.When she opened the door to see what was going on Carrie was looking at the mirror and then Margaret said "go to bed you've got school tomorrow".
