Dino ~ Charming

"Have you ever passed someone, stared at them, and started planning your entire future together?" The chocolate brown haired boy asked.

"Actually, yes." You replied.

It was 1 am. You and your friend were sitting on top of the monkey bars at some random park, who knows where. You had brought snacks and Dino brought a foam mattress to place on top of the metal poles to make the experience a bit more comfortable, knowing that you were going to be there for a while. Time flies when you're with him.

Staring at the stars and the moon, you enjoyed the warm company of Lee Chan. He had been your deepest darkest secret, your crush since middle school. "With who?" His head slowly turned to look at you, but you remained focused on the glittering night sky.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please turn off your phones and any other electronic devices, the show is about to begin," you start with a humorous remark.

"I just asked you who do you like, not your whole life story!" he laughed.

"I was about to say that it started in middle school, not when I was two!" You joked back. "I had moved to a new city, new house, new school. And this person was so welcoming and accepting of me, hell, sometimes I feel like a burden to him for always dragging him into all the drama I dealt with as the new kid... But he always stayed..."

"This person sounds awfully familiar... IS IT SEUNGKWAN!?!" His face lit up as if he was about to blow this whole case wide open.

"No, it's not Seungkwan" the disappointment in his face was so prominent and well defined it made him so much cuter than ever before. "I was introduced to Seungkwan through this person though. He supported my dreams and I supported his. I get so emotionally drawn to this person that I sometimes forget that I have a brain. Obviously I never said anything because I didn't want it to ruin the relationship, cherishing what we had, but I always found myself wanting more. There's something about him that's hard to explain, but it's like there's this charming nature about him..." You continued to ramble on about the very man sitting next to you as he tries to figure out who you like.

What you didn't notice was that he came to a realisation. You had had no idea that he was asking himself over and over again
'what if she does like me?'
'does she like me?'
'but what if she doesn't like me?'
'does she know I like her?'
One query after the other.

All of a sudden, a large hand lightly grabs your chin and abruptly turns your head to your left, facing the man you've loved since you were 14. He quickly moves his face closer to yours and presses his lips against yours. Your eyes widen in shock, but once your heart settled down, you closed your eyes and drowned in his delicate kiss.

"Charming, you say?"

"...yes."
Dino jumps of the monkey bars ready to leave. He extends his arms out, offering to help you get down. You proudly accept his offer, falling into his arms.

"Let's go my princess, Our Carriage Awaits!"
