Chapter 14

Ally's POV:

After Y/N sang the song, I looked at her and saw her smiling. I mean, I'm not gonna lie, I liked how the raspiness of her voice showed while she was singing, but I also like the fact that she was so calm and relaxing while singing, I could listen to it all day.

"You good? Was I bad?" I heard Y/N asked breaking out of my thoughts.

"Huh?" I replied still looking at her.

"You've been staring me for the past minute. Are you alright? Or was I bad at singing?" She asked looking back and forth at me and the road.

"Oh...umm...yeah I'm good, I'm good. And no you're singing is not bad. It's actually good in all honesty. I like it actually." I smiled and she looked at me then smiled then looked back at the road.

"Well good to know then." I hummed in response as I look out the window.

"Do you normally sing?" I asked her while I was looking out the window. From the reflection, I saw her look at me then back to the road.

"I mean...I don't know...sometimes I guess when I want too." She replied to me and I nod my head.

"Well I guess you should sing more often, your voice is so calming and relaxing." She chuckled then looked at me.

"Music is not in my blood even though my family has their blood in music. I know music is in your blood, but for me...I don't think music is in my blood."

"Then what is in your blood?" I asked leaning close to her.

"Why don't you found out so you'll know the answer." She told me while close too. Our faces are inches apart, I can feel her hot breath escaping her lips.

"Why can't you just tell me now?" I inched closer to her.

"That's for me to know, and for you to find out." She inched closer too and we were centimeters apart. But before, anything could happen...

Beep! Beep!

We both pull away immediately and Y/N drove away. Y/N continue to drive as we both sat in silence, me looking out the window looking the views past by. Minutes passed and I felt myself getting sleepy. My eyes dropped and instantly fell asleep.

"Ally, Allyyyyyyyy. Ally, wake up we're here." I heard someone whisper and someone shaking me lightly. "Wake up sleeping beauty." I opened my eyes and was immediately met with chocolate brown eyes staring into mine.

She has her right arm behind the head on my seat and the left arm resting above the glove compartment, and her body is near to mine. "How long was I asleep?" I asked her as I stretch, only for her to let her left arm remove at the compartment and let it rest at the wheel and for her body to move back a little.

"Around...half an hour I guess." I nod my head and looked out the window. "Let's get going shall we." She exit the car and went to my side and opened it. I exit the car and for Y/N to lock the car. She slip her hand into mine, intertwining our fingers as we walk to the cafe. I felt myself blush, so I looked down while walking up the steps.

"So basically my watch said that the weather today is fine, however, the temperature here says otherwise. Meaning it's colder than I expected, and technically you forgot to bring your jacket so here," She remove her hand into mine and unzip her bomber jacket before placing it around me. I smiled sweetly at her as she tie the strings of the hood of her hoodie. Right now, Y/N is wearing her Ray Bans clubhouse sunglasses and she put her hood up, her LA Lakers cap still on her.

"Let's get breakfast shall we." We walked inside and Y/N took me outside, at the balcony. I was very stunned at the view, there were mountains surrounding the area and clouds were coming down from the sky.
