Elana (E-Lay-na)

" Hello welcome to Hooters, how many will be joining you tonight?" I ask the three men while plastering on a smile.

" Its just us lil mama " one of the men says biting on his bottom lip.

Oh gosh.

I showed them to their table and waited for them to be seated and situated.

" Anything I can get you to drink? " I asked taking my note pad out. The men kept staring at me, which is nothing unusual to me anymore.

Once they came back to Earth they ordered their drinks and I headed to the kitchen.

        Tonight seemed extremely long tonight, mostly because of a football game and all the people that were crowding around the television. Looking at the clock on the wall it read 12:56 a.m. I was ready to do nothing but go home and sleep. After I clocked out I called Amber and waited on her.

Once I saw her pulled up I hurried out the place and got in. She didnt speak to me and I didnt care much to speak to her. 

The trip home seemed to take longer than usual but I was happy to be here. I watched as Amber got out the car and shook her head before unlocking the door of the house and walking in. I went straight to my room and fell out on the bed. I placed my purse on the floor next to my bed and got my phone out of my pocket to allow it to charge while I was in the shower.

I got some shorts and a tank out my dresser and grabbed my dry towel from behind my door then headed down the hall to the bathroom. Eden's door was closed and I was too tired to go and bother her.

As I stepped in the bathroom room. I shut and locked the door behind me. I laid my things on the sink counter and started the water. When I felt that the water was hot enough, I stripped down from my uniform and got in. I let the hot water hit every inch of my flesh. It felt so good, like I was washing away unknown pain I didnt know I had. I grabbed on of my body washes and my towel and washed my body. I stayed in for 10 minutes then I got out.

I dried off then put lotion on and my deodorant. I slipped on my pajamas and left the bedroom. I got into my room and locked it behind me. I bout jumped into the bed and got under the covers. I turned to look at my phone and saw it had a billion messages.

Mikela texted me talking bout how she at work and hungry as hell. Smh. That child.

Tiaria texted me asking could I chill tomorrow. I texted back "sure, be here by 12?" she hit me with kay and that was that.

I remembered I had some math work I had to do by Monday but today is Friday well, Saturday so Ill wait.

        I woke up still feeling tired but I was hungry so I got up and headed to the kitchen. Walking through the hallway Amber door was closed which means she probably left for work already. Eden was sitting on the couch watching Spongebob with her girlfriend Alix.

" Hey lana, Amber went to work already " She says looking at me then back to the tv. I just nodded my head.

" Hey Elana. " Alix says dryly to me.

" Hey. " I respond just as dryly.

I dont like Alix mostly because she's sneaky and even tried to play me and my sister against each other. Eden just thinks shes an Angel but I know the girl cheated on my sister. Im never the one to start conflict so I try not to say much unless I have to.

I decided on some frosted flakes for breakfast and went in to the cabinet to find a bowl. I poured a little milk and grabbed a spoon and headed back to my room. Stuffing my face with cereal I picked up my phone and checked instagram and other social media apps I had on my phone. Once I was done, I went back to the kitchen to sit the bowl in the sink and ran some water in it. My sister and her girlfriend were still cuddled up watching tv. It was getting close to 12 so I went ahead and started to get ready.
