My Best Friend and Me <3 Chapter 3

One Month Later

"Hurry up Ari, we're gonna be late for school!" Jeremy yelled from the kitchen. He is the most perfect boyfriend in the world. Every morning he comes to my house and makes me breakfast. I've been eating like a cow lately so it helps.

"I'm trying Jer-Jer. This face doesn't just turn up perfect when I wake up!" I yelled back jokingly.

"Well I think it's perfect all the time," he whispered in my ear.

"Holy Shit! When did you get there?" I asked holding my chest trying to regain my breath.

"I walked?" he replied with a smartass smirk.

"Okay, Smartass," I said turning back to the mirror

Then a wave of nausea came over me. I hurried up and lifted the seat to the toilet.

"Ari whats wrong?" Jeremy asked me.

After I was done throwing up I said, "I don't know? I just kind of threw up?"

"Maybe you should stay home today."

"No I'm fine. I feel better now."

"Okay if you say so.." He said unsure.

I finished getting ready and walked down stairs. Ooh eggs and sausage links, my favorite! The smell was amazing but then a wave of nausea came over me again. I made it to the down stairs bathroom just in time for me to throw up again. Maybe eating isn't such a great idea. I brushed my teeth since I wasn't going to eat.

"Are you sure you want to go today? We can always just skip," he said with a wink.

"No we are going to school," I replied.

I don't know why I was so eager to get to school. Probably because I wanted to see my other best friend Jasmine.

I texted her.

Me- Hey Jazzy! I miss you! Also when I get to school I need to talk to you

Jasmine- Hola Chicka! Miss you too! Okay, what do you need to talk to me about?

Me- I tell you at school.

Jasmine- kk

"Babe, what's the matter? Your very quiet today," Jeremy said breaking the silence.

"Nothing just thinking."

"About?"

"Just wandering why I threw up twice this morning."

"I have no idea babe, maybe it's something you ate last night," he replied.

"No, that can't be it. All I ate was a Pb&J."

"Maybe you caught a stomache bug."

"I have no idea."

The rest of the ride was silent. Jazzy was waiting by her car when we pulled in. I got out of the car, gave Jeremy a kiss and went to talk to her.

"Dude whats up?" she asked.

"I threw up twice this morning.."

"Why?"

"I have no idea I was gonna ask you that!" I exclaimed

"Maybe your pregnant," she stated simply.

"What? No I can't be. Everytime we've had sex we used protection...except...oh shit..."

"What?"

"The party! A month ago Zach had a huge party and thats when me and Jeremy first got together. We were to drunk to even think about using a condom,"

"Well it looks like we are making a trip to the drug store!" she said excitedly.

"Why are you so excitd this isn't a very good thing?" I said.

"Because I might have a niece or nephew on the way," she stated.

We got in her car and drove to the drug store. I texted Jeremy on the way.

Me- Hey I'm going to the drug store to get something. I'll be back around lunch.

Jeremy- Ok babe, be safe. Love you.

Me- Love you too. :)

I knew after I took this test he wouldn't want to be with me anymore. I knew deep down that i was prenant but he won't want to keep it. And I wouldn't be able to abort it or put it up for adoption. So I would be a teenage mother on her own.

We got to the drug store and walked in. I was shaking when we made it to the pregnancy test isle. Haha how ironic that condoms are right next to the tests. Stupid alcohol that makes me make bad desicions.

I pick out three different ones just to make sure. I also got a Reese's and some Arizona tea. Then we made our way up to the counter and set the stuff on it. The cashier looked about late 30's-early 40's. She gave me a weird look as she rang u up. I hurried up and payed then ran out.

"Okay I told Jeremy that we wouldn't be back until lunch so we have a while to take these tests," I informed Jasmine.

"Kk, yay! Now i don't have to go to horid Mr. Green's class," She yelled excitedly.

"Oh jeez, calm down. I'd rather be in class than taking pregnancy tests."

"Nah, it's worth skipping class."

"I sure hope so."
