It was your first day at true cross academy, you were let in half way through the year. Everybody started at the start of the year but you had to start in February, well at least you think it's February. You stepped out of the car that you were getting dropped off in and grabbed you luggage. Whilst walking with your luggage you tripped up on the curb and fell.
"Dammit..."You muttered to yourself. You looked up and saw a hand, offering support to help you up. It was a boy with glasses and brown hair. You took his hand and tumbled upwards.
"Are you alright?" He asked with a soft voice.
"Yeah, thanks" you said giving him a smile "Do you happen to know who Yukio Okumura is, I'm meant to meet him here?"
"That's me, I'm Yukio" He said kindly.
He's so nice. You thought to yourself.
"You must be y/n l/n, right?" He asked you, you had been day dreaming and he made a noise to get your attention.
"Ohh um yep that's me!" You smiled once more.
"Rin get over here, I need to to show this girl about before school starts!" Yukio shouted over a boy who had blue-black messy hair, blue eyes and he looked sort of cute. He slouched over to you as Yukio walked away.
"Rin Okumura" He said.
"I'm y/n l/n, wait so Yukio must be your dad?" You asked as he started to walk of into the school and you trailed you luggage behind you.
"What no! We are twins" Rin said.
"Oh okay" You said embarrassed, rubbing the back of you head. Rin was showing you around and you discovered that you were in the same classes, and you were going to cram school after regular school together. You and Rin were both in the classes for idiots basically. You didn't know what 2 x 3 was. Either did Rin to be fair. Even though you had only known him for about 30 minutes you felt like you were friends.
1 Week later
(Rin's POV)
Me and y/n are really good friends now. The way she looks at me with those e/c eyes and the way she swings her h/l h/c, she's just so cute! I mean I know everyone now knows I'm the son of Satan but what if she was to find out. Could that take away our friendship? I should just try my best to make sure she doesn't find out. I was eating lunch outside with her today. Last night I had been complaining to Yukio if I should say to y/n that I had a crush on her. Yukio told me not to so I took his advice. Well back to what was happening, I had cooked y/n food which made her really happy.
"You know Rin, you should just be a chef" y/n giggled cutely, which made me blush a little.
"Yeah I should" I chuckled. Me and y/n were in the middle of a conversation when Suguro came over and interrupted us.
"Sup Okumura, you with your girlfriend?" He laughed.
"No-"I began to say but he cut me off again.
"I'm surprised you have enough brain cells to understand what a girlfriend is" Suguro said, still laughing.
"I'm not his girlfriend!"Y/n stepped in.
"Well I overheard Okumura talking to his brother last night. He was saying he has the biggest crush on you!"
My face went pure red. I felt like I was on top of the sun. How did Suguro even know that? Well that doesn't matter who am I meant to get out of this situation?
"That obviously not true right rin?"
Y/n said whilst rolling her eyes at Suguro.
"W-w-well of cou-ourse n-not, Suguro is-is just lying hehe" I stuttered nervously. Y/n gave me a confused face, just like in English today when the teacher asked her to spell talking, it was so cute when she said "t-k-y-g-n"
Your POV
What was all that with Suguro saying Rin had a crush on you.Well you didn't have a crush on him but he is really cute, he always makes you blush and he makes you happy. Is that what a crush is? You wouldn't know. You were walking alone in the hallways of true cross academy when you heard noises. You saw a dark shadow coming towards you. Was this a demon? Dammit! You wish You would pay attention in class. There was no one to call for help. Before You knew it you couldn't see, but you could feel the pain of the demon hurting you. You screamed in pain and for someone to help. You then felt out back getting hit against the wall. You could taste blood in your mouth. You opened your eyes it was blurry but you could see someone with a sword and blue flames around them they were fighting the demon that attacked you. It took you a second to focus on them but then you realised who it was. There was no way. The demon fighting the other demon, was Rin.
