Jutsu: hiya has perfected healing, as well and fire and lightning style jutsu even wihh Th out her fathers help
Special jutsu: hiya knows a jutsu she created herself called life transfer jutsu, that is when a user uses there soul to bring someone back from the dead, but doing this the user will lose there life so it's only a one use jutsu and the only reason hiya is alive is because after using it on her friend she was brought back somehow by her father (( itachi is smart 😂))
Hates: she hates sasuke uchiha, and basically the hole leaf for what they did to her father, and wants to kill uchiha sasuke and his family for killing her father
Village: none she tends to travel between villages
