Megan's thoughts were interupred by the deep sigh of her God-Father, Sammy, bringing his head back to lean into his black leather office chair, swipping his large paw like hands over his face. 'What am I going to do with all this bullshit from everyone?' sighing again, Sammy looked at his adorable little God-daughter, seemingly asleep in his arms. He sighed lovingly, brushing some strands of her beautiful hair behind her ears, he had been sighing a lot lately Samual concluded, not bothering to look up when he, for the third time today, heard the door open to his office. "Can I speak with you, Sir?" Questioned Mrs Hinefeild, slowly approaching principle Sharp, and quietly sneering at Megan. Sammy sighed at her behaviour, "Go on" Sammy replied coldly, expecting his employee, to realize that his time was precious and didn't need to be wasted by her gibberish. "Sorry to interupt... your, time.. with this student." Mrs Hinefeild kept grating on Principle Sharps nerves. "What, do you need? and make it quick." Sammy snapped at Mrs Hinefeild, she didn't like being talked to like that, although took it in stride, she spoke again, trying to contain her malice for the young girl in the lap of her beloved.

"Anytime now, would be great. Mrs Hinefeild." Samual snapped, just keeping a hold on his tongue, quickly Mrs Hinefeild snapped to it, "Ah, yes, I was wondering if you would be avaliable for the next weekend, we happen to be short of teachers that are to be helping out in the festival." She ended, proud about how professional she was being despite the nusence in the room. 'Dammit, I was supposed to be hanging out with Meagan this weekend, and if I don't turn up for my own festival to help, it'll look terrible, even if I have a good excuse to not go' with Sammy rubbing his face again, Meagan quietly sighed in disappointment that she wouldn't be able to hang out with her god-father for the weekend like she was promised, but, she didn't mind.

This always happened.

They always took away her moments of happiness. Meagan still didn't understand why. Just that people didn't like her very much, her mummy and daddy, her brothers and sister, her teachers and classmates, even the rest of the town, whom almost knew nothing about who she even was.

"I'll get back to you on that, Mrs Hinefeild, i'm supposed to be having an outing with my god-daughter this weekend." Came the reply of Principle Sharp, and the answer wasn't one the one Mrs Hinefeild was quite expecting. 'He has a god-daughter?!' was the only thought going rampant in Mrs Hinefeilds mind. "Alright then Mr Sharp, please don't hesitate to find me for anything else." With that, Mrs Hinefeild smiled and left, with an awkward air being left as evidence of her presence.

She won't last until this weekend.

She'll be mine before you even realise.

Petty humans, don't know a gift from a curse...

You will be mine...

Meagan.
