A Saturday In.
It was moments like these that Prem really loved. Given, he loved every moment he spent with his boyfriend, but seeing Wad like this always reminded Prem that he was a damn lucky man.
Currently, they were at Prem's dorm on a Saturday, a lazy day.
Wad had spent the night, woken up near noon, then sluggishly made his way to the shower without a word. All the while Prem had picked up their breakfast -though it might as well have been lunch- at a nearby stand.
After they had eaten, Wad had dragged him back to bed and turned the television on to one of Prem's favorite shows and just stayed there snuggled up to his side. He tried not to be sappy -Wad always rolled his eyes when he said things like this- but his favorite place truly was by his boyfriend's side.
Eventually though, Wad had gotten bored and switched off the tv before connecting his phone to the speakers Prem kept in his room. He slid off the bed and walked off to Prem's closet -which was just as much his as it was Wad's, really- to grab something.
Hearing the sound of classical music being played loudly throughout his dorm made him smile. Back when he was a hazer, he remembered how Wad would ignore him for the sake of listening to whatever song was blasting through his headphones.
Being the easy-to-anger senior, he never would have stopped to wonder what his junior was always listening to, but he assumed it was rock music or something of the sort.
That was until they were past a month or two of dating and Prem had finally asked him one day.
Wad had simply shrugged before placing one earbud securely into Prem's ear and letting him listen, a nervous smile on his lips.
He hadn't been expecting to hear the sound of such an artful orchestra, and found himself smiling back at his boyfriend, not saying a word.
Wad had later told him he had played the violin since an early age and classical music was simply a part of his life. While he had never heard the junior play, he hoped to someday.
With that thought in mind, he was still smiling by the time his boyfriend finally emerged from their closet.
"What color do you think is good this time?" The junior asked, climbing back onto the bed where he dumped out the contents of the bag he had brought with him.
Out spilled several containers of nail polish, all a variety of colors.
This wasn't something new to his boyfriend apparently, who had been wearing nail polish in secret since highschool days. But it was new for him to ask Prem to choose a color for him, it was something he had only started letting him do recently.
"I liked the green you picked last time, but it's all chipped off now and I wanted to try something different. Any ideas?" Wad asked again.
He looked down at the small pile between them, humming to whichever song was playing currently while he thought.
"How about this?" He asked, holding up one of the few bright colors Wad owned, a soft pink. It surely was different than what he would normally wear.
His junior seemed to take a moment to think about it, then nodded softly. "Okay. I like it." He agreed with a smile.
Prem moved to place all the other containers back into the bag they came from before stopping to ask, "Will you only be painting your fingernails?"
His boyfriend hummed, "Yeah, I think painting my toes will be too much of a hassle." Prem tilts his head, "I could help you?"
Wad looks up from where he's unscrewed the top of the polish and smiles again at his boyfriend, "No, that's okay baby. But thank you." He places a small peck on Prem's cheek before swiping a stripe of pink across his nail.
