Meet the Royal In Laws

King Creus POV

I was ecstatic to finally have my mate. She accepted me for what I am but we had't completely finish the mating yet. I will never force her to do it since I know she is not ready yet. If I had waited for her for more than 13 centuries, there is no reason why I will not wait for her even it will take me another century.
This morning I was surprised when she suddenly kissed me in my cheek before I bid her goodbye and left her in her chamber to do some King's duty in my study. I know time will come I will having her in my chamber. For so long I personally designed my chamber thinking of my future mate in my mind. Now she is here I can't wait to finally have her.

Mia POV

I had been in the closet for almost an hour. After my lady in waiting named Adelaine and Elaiza who was my personal assistant inform me that I will be meeting Creus' parents and the high council members of supernatural council on a formal dinner tonight. I scurried my way towards the humongous closet to search for the perfect dress to wear. Since I had so many options I would not decide which to one to wear and I was becoming frustrated.

There was suddenly a small knock on my door.
"Enter! " I quickly answered.

An elegant young woman about my age was standing on the door way and she graciously bowed her head towards me " Queen Luna I am Red Zorn, I am your official stylist. I am instructed by The Alpha King to assist you for tonight's dinner." She answered.

"I' m glad you are here. I really needed your help, Red." I smiled at her warmly. Thanking Creus in her mind.

" Don't worry your highness you will be ready in no time" as she walks toward me well poised and mannered.

They then started with finding the perfect dress for her. After an hour later they settle with a navy blue dress and silver pumps which was a perfect match to her creamy skin. She later on found out that Red is also the Palace official stylist. Infact Everything in the closet was shopped by her. She is a young wolf who just recently graduated from a famous fashion school in Paris. She will become one of my ladies in waiting. As of now she had two but she was inform by Creus that she will have 3, one PA, one Stylist and one lady body guard name Alita. Her close in lady guard who was also a witch and according to Creus this witch is a battle witch who is one of the best in her kind. My closed in guards are all women and my entourage are all women. Thanks to my very possessive mate.

Formal Dinner

Mia's POV

Nervous was understatement because this is the first time that I am going to meet my mates parents and very important people in the supernatural council. I am not raised as a royalty I don't know a thing or two about it either. Good thing that Red decided to teach me with a crash course on tonight's formal dinner. I was so thankful at her looking how the elegant dinner hall was transformed into a grand dinner which according to them was just a simple formal dinner in welcome to the previous King and Queen well I am damn confused by the word simple. As Red said nothing is to fancy in a life of royalty.

The Queen's entourage accompanied me going to the dinner hall but I know I will be entering the hall alone since it was protocol. I complained why but they answered that I and Creus are not fully mated yet we had a separate entrance in every gathering as of now since I am not yet the Queen officially. I am heading first to be followed later on by the king himself as protocol dictates.

" Lady Mia Alessandra Knight" booming in the hall.

As Mia entered the hall all eyes where on her as someone announced her name. She entered the dinner hall under the gazed of the supernatural council and later on approach by Basil the Royal Butler and led her to the other side of the dinner hall. A minute later Creus' parents entered the hall along with the announcement. They are beautiful and regal couple expected for the queen and king. Since they are immortal they stop aging at the age of 30 for female and 35 for male they just looked like Creus' age. What a perfect royal couple, dangerously beautiful.

" Father King Claudius and Mother Queen Leodora of the House of Draecos! " boomed in the hall  then everyone bowed down

Later on Creus was announced.

" His Royal Highness King of Supernaturals, King Creus Dmitri of the House of Dracos the Lycan King, Vampire King and High Warlock! "

Mia's POV

" Oh great, That was a long title". I sighted whispering to myself

I saw him looked directly at me that instantly sent shivers to mu spine and he raised his hand as if saying I should be with him. so I  did. Then his parents approach us.

Creus POV

" Father , Mother," as he vowed down to his parents " Meet my lovely mate, Mia" as he met the golden eyes of his parents.

" She is very young and a weak human being!" The mother exclaimed raising her well sculpted eyebrow "not a queen material I can see, Why moon goddess! Why her? " she added gaining a warning growled from Creus.

Creus instantly stiffened at his mother's hostile remark to his mate. He cannot stopped himself from growling warningly at her own mother to not go further to her remarks about his mate. " Mother not a word more or else..." I growled at her which cause me a low warning growled from my father. I maybe a King but I am still their son. I sighted and just hugged my a bit shaken little mate trying to console her.

" Mother I don't care if she is a fucking frog or a rabbit. She is my mate , she is your daughter in law , the future mother of your grand children and your future Queen so I suggest you treat her accordingly " I warned her in our mind liked.

" My son as your mother it is my duty to protect you and the..." she tried to reason out as her voice wavered " the crown"

" Stop this nonsense mother. " I immediately stopped her before she will say any word that I she might regret later on because I will never tolerate dis respect from her. " Will discuss about this later right now we have guest to attend to" hissed at her. As I guided my mate away from her.
