It had been about two months since the Dashlies and Richards first encounter with the angles, since then Duni had sent them on plenty of missions to deliver letters or to spy on them.
The first couple of times they had to bring them letters were the most eventful, as the angles did not take kindly to being approched by two random demons. Now, they have grown used to them dropping of a letter every other week or so.
During that time, it had become rather obvious that Uni did not return Dunis feelings, as he would always react with annoyance when a new note arrived.
The angles also added a new member to their little traveling party, an tall angle with green hair and a jester outfit.
Duni was devastated by Unis reactions, but did not give up. Instead his more devilish side started to show as he made plans to force Uni to love him.
At first they kept it simple, trying to kidnap Uni, but. that proved pointless as his friends got him back with ease.
Duni began to plan bigger things with the help of Ddawn, who pointed out that they might have better chances to succeed if they had equal numbers.
The robot offered to clone the newest member of the angles, Jon. Duni gave Ddawn a puzzled look that practically sreamed 'You can do that?'.
And, to everyones surprise, he could. Though the clone didn't look like Jon, instead his hair was ginger and his skin dark, chemically yellow freckles scattered across his body and a pair of bright yellow eyes to match. When Ddawn tried to turn the clone into a demon, he accidentally changed his appearance and failed in his original goal. The clone, now named Don, had two pure white wings on his back and a weakly glowing halo lazily floating above his head.
Dons big yellow eyes starred up at the demons surrounding him, not with fear, but confusion. He didn't know that he was suppose to be scared of these creatures with curled horns on their heads, hed didn't know what they were nor did he know what he was.
The first couple of weeks were spent with Don staying in Ddawna lab and the robot teaching Don everything he needed to know.
Once Don was allowed to leave the laboratory, he got his own room in the house and got to socialize with Dashlie and Richard.
Duni was not upset that Don was an angle and not a demon. Quite the opposite actually, it was alot easier to gain the trust of the other angles, if he sent an angle as his messanger.
So he began to send Don on missions with Dashlie and Richard keeping the inexperienced angle safe. They would stay in the bushes and hide, while Don was tasked to talk to whoever they needed to contact.
Their plans were going alot more smoothly and their big project to finally capture Uni was reachimg its completion.
