I made this a while back during my web design class.
Anyways, the drawing is based on the song Prom Queen by Catie Turner, I decided to name the character Catie due to that. I know, very original.
The drawing correlates to the song due to the character being a waitress in highschool, she is 18. The song talks about how the singer wants to be noticed, and the "prom queen" but she knows she won't be able to be. The character is just a normal waitress, but she wants to be noticed.
