Arrow Roxanne Cade was a greaser girl who is brought up a lot by the gang. She was an innocent soul and was always wanting to see the good in the world. As Johnnys older sister, she took on the responsibility of keeping him safe from their abusive parents. She was not bitter and still tried to see good in her parents even though she knew deep down their was no helping them.
She got the nickname of Roxie when she met Dallas Winston, and the two fell in love and started to date in the 7th Grade.
Roxie ran into a fire to save a fourth grade child when she was thirteen, and that cost Roxie her life, as she burnt alive. Her death was also in vain as well, because the little girl also died in the fire as well as her. Dallas Winston has never let her go, and most likely never will.
