Pokemon Reader Oneshots!

~Something Just Like This~ Ash x Reader

I've been reading books of old
The legends and the myths
Achillies and his gold
Hercules and his kids
Spider-Mans control,
And Batman with his fists
And I clearly can't see my name upon that list.

  Ash Ketchem was browsing a local bookstore in Kalos with his friends at Lumiose City. The 10 year old was looking at some of the myths and legends before cheaking out the heros. He abruptly stopped in the section as he looked at every hero in the bookstore. Ash then thought, 'Why can't I be a hero too? I'm sure right after I finish my journey.... everyone will forget me and move on.' The ravenette boy sighed as he reached for a book, until another  person reached it first. Ash looked to see who it was, and it was a beautiful girl with (H/L) (H/C) hair and sparkling (E/C) eyes. She had (S/C) skin and wore a red T-Shirt and white shorts, along with tennis shoes and a headband in her hair. "Oh, I'm really sorry sir!" The girl blushed and bowed a lot.

"I-Its okay!" Ash smiled, waving his hand around. "Sooo... do you still want that book?" The girl said, pointing at the book, (Favorite Superhero book). He nodded as smirked. "I say we have a Pokemon battle! Whoever wins gets the book!" She quirked an eyebrow, making him think she was just going to decline and take the book with her.

But she said, where you wanna go?
How much you wanna risk?
I'm not looking for somebody
With some superhuman gifts
Some superhero
Some fairytale bliss
Just something I can turn to
Somebody I can kiss

I want something just like this

But she mirrored his playful smirk, making the boy relieved. "Really? Where should be battle?" Then turned around and began talking to herself, before she turned back to him. "Alright, I accept! But if some kind of superhero, have any superhuman tricks, or some... fairytale... magic, you probably shouldn't battle me. I'm still kind of a beginner." Ash chuckled. "I promise, I'm as normal as any trainer around here." (Me: Yeah right bruh-) The two began to walk outside, and he heard her mutter, "I also want to turn to someone like this kid.... maybe I should kiss em.... yeah, this is something that I really want... just like this...." Ash turned a bit pink but acted innocent. "Did you say something?" He asked her. She blushed profusely and shook her head. "Nope, ya don't have to worry, promise!" She grinned.

As they stepped outside, they went to battle in a free space. They separated and got their Pokemon out. "Let's battle!" They exclaimed at eachother in unison, as Ash got out his Pikachu and she let out her (Favorite Pokemon).

"Awww, I lost!" The girl said, returning her last Pokemon. "Well, let's head back. I don't want my friends worried. Especially Serena, she'd totally freak." Ash and the girl went back to the bookstore. On the way, the girl said, "Hey, is Serena your girlfriend...?" "Oh, nope! I think she likes me, but I just can't return her feelings now. I fell in love a while ago." He said, talking about the girl. "Also, my name is Ash. What's yours?" "My name is (Y/N) and I wanna be a Pokemon Master!" She said, making Ash blush. "Oh, I'm trying to be a Pokemon Master too!" (Y/N) looked surprised, "Wow, I think I found my soulmate!"

When they got back, Ash ordered the book and he and his friends prepared to leave. Before he could get far, he heard his name baing called. Someone grabbed his hand and and turned him around. It was (Y/N). "Ash... we may have to share that book." He became confused along with his friends. "How?" The (E/C) eyed girl grinned cheekily and put her arms around his arm. "Because Ash, I'm now, officially, joining you on your journey! I would love to closed because I really love y- I mean, I really like you and your uh... company! Can I, please Ash?"

"You can."

And with that, they went with a new member on the team, (Y/N). Her and Clemont became best buds. (Y/N) and Bonnie were basically sisters. (Y/N) and Serena fought for Ash's heart, but they became best friends in the end (because Serena met Gary)(sorry guys I ship Rivalcrushshippung). But most importantly, (Y/N) and Ash fell in love with eachother.

"And that kids, is how I met your mother." Ash grinned at his twin children Raven and Knight. They awed as their mom, (Y/N), stepped in. "Are you telling how we met again, Ash?" She teased, smiling at Ash. He nodded. "Definitely!" Raven and Knight giggled and went to their room.

(Y/N) sat next to Ash and kissed him passionately and he returned the kiss. "Ash, thank you so, so much. I'm glad me and you are here."

"Always and forever." Ash smiled at the love of his life. He and (Y/N) being Pokemon Masters... being married... having two beloved children... what could possibly be better than this?

Ash woke up. He got ready to go to a bookstore with his friends in Lumiose City, Kalos. 'I knew that dream was too good to be true...' Ash thought sadly as they approached the bookstore.

He went to the superhero section and a book caught his eye. He reached for it, yet someone else did too. As their fingers touched, Ash looked at a girl he saw in a dream. It was her... his future wife and  his future.

I want something just like this.

I hope you liked the ending, it took me a lot of time to develop it!)
