Chapter 3.

Dakota's pov

I am woken up by notifications coming from my phone. I get up and look at it, only to see my Instagram and Twitter were going of and a missed call from my dad.

I went on Twitter to was the fuss about. I see people were talking about my interview on GMA yesterday. Its most probably the same on Instagram. I get out of bed figured that I will call my dad after I have bathed. After my bath dyed off and did my face routine. I walk to my closet to look for what I was going to wear.

I grab my phone to call my dad,after 5 rings he picks up. He tells me that mom and him were just wondering how I am doing. I say to him I'm doing great and we chat for about 20 minutes. I got to the kitchen to get my car keys.

I went to DS café,DS stands for Dakota Smith. After a while I arrive at the cafe. I park space near the entrance which is only destined for me . I get out of my car,locked it and went inside. I take my sunglasses off as the hostess greets me

Goodmorning Dakota,how are you,she says. Morning to you to Laura, I'm great and you. I'm doing good. She leads me to my table. She gave me the menu and tells Sammy will come and take my order.

While I waited for Sammy to come I take phone out and I texted Stephen asking him about how he is doing. Hi Ms Smith. I look up from phone to see Sammy standing in front of me. Hi Sammy and how are you. I'm good and you. I'm doing great,she says and asks for my order.

After a few minutes my food came.

I ate and after I was done I tipped Sammy and said goodbye to everyone. They responded with a bye Dakota or a by Ms Smith.

As I walk out I bump into someone causing me stumble and dropping my car key. I was about to pick them when a hand went to pick them up. I look at the person who I bumped into. I see a fine ass looking man standing in front of me. I'm sorry. I say but it came out say a whisper. He hands me my keys and smiles. He say its okay. I hear an accent in his voice and he went in the cafe.

I walk to my car and I feel a stare on me. I look back into the cafe see the stranger looking at me,he smiles and waves at me. Which made me blush and I wave back.

I unlock my car and got in. What the fuck was that. I say to myself. Thank goodness for all this melanin or I would have been red all over my face. I look to the side and saw a uniform that I'm way too familiar with and I wave at the person.

I drive to Brooklyn for a photoshoot because Kyle just texted me that I have a shoot and an interview there. After an hour I get to the location of the shoot. I park my car and went in.

The shoot and the interview are finally over I look at the time and I see that it is three in the afternoon. I am beat all I want to do is go home and rest.

I arrive at my apartment and the first thing i do is nothing. All I did for the rest of the day was watch TV. I get a call from Onika say that she is on her way up to my apartment.

We were talking when Daily Pop came on the first thing I hear is my name. We look at the TV. They were just talking about my interview on GMA.

Well it looks like it's not only first interview that has the singer stirring up things on social media. TMZ catched the star leaving one of her cafes in Manhattan waving at a man who was sitting at a window seat at her cafe check it out.

They show a video of the stranger who I bumped into waving at me and me waving back.

They continued until they changed the topic. Nicki asks me who he was and I tell her I don't know him. And that it was the first time I met him.

I made dinner for us.

We ate and I talked. After we were done I lead her out and i walk to the kitchen to clean up. It was already late so I went to my bedroom to take a shower.

When I was done I went to watch TV. I decided to go to bed after two hour.
