Troyler- Just meant to be

The date

It was beautiful, in a huge dim room. There were fairy lights everywhere. And you guys know how much I like fairy lights!

The walls were a dark blue so it looked like we were out side at night. It was amazing.

"Tyler this is beautiful!" I say and I see him blush in the dim light.

"Not as beautiful as you" he says and smiles at me. This time it's my turn to blush.

A pretty waitress shows us to our table and smiles at me. Tyler looks uncomfortable but when she leaves he goes back to normal.

"you alright Tilly?" I ask and he nods.

We choose what we want to eat and talk about anything and everything.

When the waitress comes back over she looks me up and down and I cough uncomfortably.

Tyler starts to laugh and I give him a confused look. He turns to the waitress who was setting our food down whilst still looking at me.

"darling, he's gay. And taken" he says and the waitress looks at him startled.

She quickly puts our drinks down and scurries away not looking at me again.

"Thanks Tilly" I say and he starts laughing again. I can't help it but his laugh is contagious and I start laughing as well.

Eventually we calm down and eat our food. It was really good!

We talked about our OTPs, "Zalfie!" I laugh "Yasss" he says and we giggle like crazy.

"When are we gonna tell people?" I ask and he looks thoughtful. "let's tell zoe tomorrow. I really want Zoe to be the first one to know" he says and I agree.

I love Zoe, she's my best girl friend ever, and her and Alfie make the most perfect couple. It feels right to tell her first.

We get dessert then leave. He holds my hand in the taxi again and we decide to go for a walk in a nearby park.

We walk hand in hand for about 5 minutes until we sit down on a bench. I put my head on his shoulder and he kisses my forehead.

I look at him and he smiles. I lean in and kiss him slowly and sweetly.

We pull part and I put my head back on his shoulder.

We get back in to the hotel at around 11.40 and Tyler runs to his room to get changed.

I quickly change in to my pyjamas and open the door for Tyler again.

We snuggle down on my bed and he puts his head on my chest. "That was the best date ever" I tell him sleepily.

He smiles up at me "I'm glad you liked it"

And we fall asleep happily.
