{Bill's POV}
Class starts and we're sitting by each other again, so every now and then I sneak a peek at him. Not even on purpose it just happened. Why am I like this? Looking at him now, he's actually pretty cute... "Ah Bill?" he says a little blushed. Ack I didn't even realize that I was looking at him for so long, "Ah-heh I must've spaced off" I said nervously. "All good, this class makes me space off to" Dipper says laughing a little.
{Dipper's POV}
The year has stared off pretty good, I even made a new friend and he seems pretty cool. He's kind of cute to...wait wtf am I even saying...I don't know, It's the last period I have and I'm going to be hanging out with him after school, soooo lets not dwell on what I just said.
--After school--
"Hey Bill!" I say as he approaches. "Hey Pines" Then I ask "What do ya wanna go do?" He's silent for a moment while we both think, then I bring up "I don't know about you and it's probably a little weird, but couple years back I would just go walk around in the forest to see if I bump into anything interesting" then he say with a little smirk "Ok Pines sounds fun, lead the way"
We start heading into the forest, but ever since the whole incident nothing out of the ordinary has been happening as far as Gruncle Stan and Stanford said. Mabey after beating Bill Cipher, the mood has just been lighter. "So how long have you been in Gravity falls?" I ask. "O-oh well it was on and off at first but now I'm here for good" he says. "Oh that's cool" I say "Are you here with any family?" "Ah no" he says "I live on my own" he looks a little sad. "Oh, I'm sorry ah-" "No it's ok" he says, "Hmm, Tag you're it!" he says and runs. "Try and catch up Pine Tree" Wait Pine Tree? Why did he... I catch up to him. "Oh you got me, you better run!" and I do so while laughing at how we're playing tag.
After a couple rounds we're still playing and when he comes to tag me we both trip and I end up on the ground with him on top of me. I instantly turn red. "Sorry Pine Tree I didn't mean to-" I cut him off "It's ok, nothing to worry about" And then we both just stay there for a moment until he gets up. We both are up and walk over to a fallen trunk to sit for a moment. "So I've been meaning to ask" I say "Why do you call me Pines or Pine Tree? Not that I mind, It just reminds me of someone" He looks a little taken back, like at a loss for words, then says, "Who do I remind you of?"
