That day after school, the group rushed to superhero HQ to do some tests on Jeongin.

The youngest was freaking out all day. He was afraid to pick up a pencil, open his locker, most of the time even breathe. Obviously, if he didn't he would die, but he went minutes just holding his breath.

"What could be going on?" Jeongin asked, walking through the secret doors that lead to HQ.

"I have an idea, but we need to test you to confirm it," Chan answered, patting his head. "You may have powers that you didn't know you had."

Everyone gasped.

Minho gave Chan a confused look, "How is that even possible? Both his parents are powerless."

"I'll explain later."

Jeongin sat down in a spinny chair, swinging back and fourth nervously.

"Okay Jeongin," Chan started, pulling out a few things from his desk, "Take these, but clear your mind. Don't think about anything."

Chan handed his boyfriend a cup in the left hand, and a pen in the other.

"Remember, think about nothing."

Jeongin closed his eyes, and cleared his mind.

As expected, the items started to turn to ice, much like the table at lunch the same day.

Jeongin opened his eyes widely, screamed, and dropped the items. They stayed frozen.

"Ah! I wasn't thinking about anything, what happened!" He freaked out.

"Okay," Chan said calmly, picking up the frozen items. He handed them back to Jeongin.

"Don't freak out. Just calm yourself." He instructed. Jeongin modded, shaking himself a bit and let out a breath.

"Try and melt these now."

Jeongin grabbed the items, "Okay, I'm ready." 

He thought hard, trying hardly to melt the things he had frozen.

"Think about something hot, like before. Maybe try curling your fingertips again."

Jeongin did that, and the items started melting.

"Wow, that's really cool," Felix commented, amazed by his friends power.

"Let's move on to the next test," Seungmin suggested. Chan agreed.

"Before we test your breath, let's see what else your hands can do."

Jeongin nodded. He bounced up and down, getting ready to see what he can do.

"Close your hand. Focus really hard, and then open it back up."

Jeongin closed his hand. He thought really hard, and then opened it back up. When he did, ice and now flew out of it, then faded into the air.

"Woah!" Felix yelled from the side.

Jeongin smiled, amazed.

"Try it again, but this time do it with fire."

"How-"

"Just try."

Jeongin shrugged and did it again, and fire came out.

He shrieked. But, he was having fun.

Hours passed, and Jeongin was finding out more about himself and his possible power.

He figured out he can freeze and melt stuff with his hands, and that he also has heat and freeze breath. He still struggles to activate them, but he finds it easier to melt things than to freeze them.

The last test, was just to scan him to see why he suddenly has powers.

After the scanning was done, Chan looked at the results.

"Oh my god," he mumbled under his breath, "unbelievable."

"What?!" Jeongin practically screamed, curious on what the hell was actually going on.

"Jeongin, you're pretty special."

Minho huffed, "we knew that caption obvious. Now tell us why!"

"When people are born without powers, you still have a power cell in you, it just doesn't work. But, two out of 1000 people born without powers have this special thing, that if you do something physical with someone who does have powers, your power cell can turn on and start working. And since we have kissed MULTIPLE TIMES, I probably turned yours on."

"What..." Jeongin whispered, obviously confused.

"You're one of the two out of 1000 powerless people to get their power cell turned on, Jeongin. That's pretty rare!" Seungmin cleared up.

"No way!" Jeongin yelled, flopping his hands down on his side. That caused a little bit on snow to shoot out, scaring him.

"Now I have to learn to control my powers? Am I able to become a hero now, after not being one for seventeen years?"

Chan sighed, "Yeah. You're definitely going to need to learn to control them. You're going to learn how to hold things and blow on things and just do everyday normal human stuff without activating your powers, and then learn to activate it on purpose."

"And about becoming a hero?" Felix asked.

"Umm," Chan stopped to think, "as of right now, I don't think so. You're not trained enough, it's too dangerous."

Jeongin frowned a bit, "Great, so I'm basically the boy version of Elsa?"

Everyone laughed.

"Technically, no. Elsa didn't also have fire powers," Minho joked.

"I will kill you!" Jeongin shouted, huffing, before breaking into laughter.
