Chapter 4

Lillian POV

I was sitting at home drinking coffee and casually regretting all my life decisions. I put down my cup and paused for a second to turn towards the wall and proceed to hit my hit on it ( lightly tho ).

While I was doing so, Jane just happened to walk in.

"H....hey" she said as I stopped abruptly and as i tried to sit down on the edge of the bed gracefully I tripped and fell onto the floor face-first.

Great going.

We stared at each other for a few seconds. Then we suddenly cracked up and started laughing like maniacs, like, the neighbours probably wanted to whoop our asses with brooms.
Ik, we are WEIRD.

"Are you okay?" She asked me as we both slowly stopped laughing. "Oh wait, was it your 'drink coffee and casually regret life decisions' time?"

"Yup" I answered letting out an exaggerated sigh.

"Also, Lilli, could you tell me something about your lover from the cafe?"

Jane POV

"Also, Lilli, could you tell me something about your lover from the cafe?" I asked her trying to suck out some sort of information about Nick. I mean, it's because I want my best ie to have a great life and definitely not because life is too boring and I need some drama.

"Why do you suddenly ask me that?"

"Oh, no.. reason"

"Stop lying"

"I'm not"

"Just tell me the reason"

"Because oranges are tasty!"

There was a five second pause.

What the heck did I say.....

"Why do I even bother arguing.." she finally gave up.

That's right, no one can argue with me.... like literally, I will blabber shit.

" What do you wanna know?"

" Nothing much.... just describe the guy."

"Uhm.... He was really good looking" she starts off, blushing. I mean it's true, that guy looks good but Austin is the only man for me. <3

"His hair looked really good." She said.

"And he had small hands. Like most boys I've seen bad like big hands, but I like his more. They were super cute."
She said. "You're hands are small too but okay."

"But most of all I like how he stood up for me even though he hardly knew me. Like I could've been a total bitch, but he still stood up for me." She said with dreamy eyes.

This is so cute... She's a prey of love at first sight....

"Oh, justice boy." I said." Okay, enough about boys, how was your day?"

Next day

Jane POV

"Hey! Nick!" I shouted trying to catch his attention.

"Oh hey" he said as he turned around and smiled at me.

"Let's go to class together."

"Yeah"
