The hinges to the big metal door creaked as they opened. Flashlights shown through the now open door. The hallway was lined with barred cages. Some people were standing up, hands wrapped around the bars on the door. Some had been laid across the cold hard pavement. Others were sitting on old used mattresses. The soldiers' eyes widened as they made their way down the hallway. Leader of the mission, Zander Winters' eyes landed on a child who was pulled into his mother's chest.

The familiar snap of bolt cutters came from outside the door that held her and the weak soldier from the others. The door moaned as it was pushed open. The soldier trapped in the cage across from her moved up from his seated position. Pressing himself against the door. The girl's dulled out eyes snapped up when a flashlight fell across her.
" Oh my God. It's her. It's Alexandra Black."
The blonde didn't raise her head. The name was one she hadn't heard in 4 years. Winters took calculated steps towards the girl's cell. After setting the safety and lowering the gun down to his side. Jaming the key into the lock, he twisted it open.  Yanking the door open. He took small steps towards the unresponsive girl's body. He knelt next to the bed. A small raspy laugh racked the girl's body.
"Where was my rescue team 4 years ago?"  Alexandra asked snapping her head up to glare a the soldiers in the small room.

After returning to the base with all the people from the facility. Doctors and Nurses rushed around bringing people in to the base and down to the medical wing. Zander pulled  Nick to his feet guiding the once lost soldier through the base.
"Don't touch me!" Screeched the blonde who was pulling away from the nurses. Nick pulled away from his grip. Making his way over to the blonde. Her eyes flickered around frantically. Nick reach her side. He grabbed at her shoulder to keep himself from falling. Bring her form to the ground with him. Her eyes flashing with concern. Pushing herself up before pulling Nick up after her. Pushing him into a chair a few feet away. Nurses began circling him leaving the blonde to her own devices. Sighing, Alex leaned against the wall behind her. Her body ached and her knee trembled under her weight. Zander slowly made his way over to her. Her eyes were still dull like they had been when they had first gotten her out of the cage. As he got closer to her, he scanned over her face. She had dark bags underneath her eyes that stood out against her pale skin. She had multiple small scars running across her face. A longer scar seeming to be a very calculated cut ran across her cheek bone. Her eyes where a mix of green and blue which he could only call aqua. Flashes of sliver ran through the pool of liquified aqua. Her eyes rather then dull seemed guarded. Her blonde hair had hints of red that could have been blood. Her hair fell limply next to her face. The baggy clothes hung off her once fit frame.  Bruises and scars ran down her arms. And new scrapes and cuts where found on her face and arms. Most of her weight seem to be shifted  onto her left knee. The girl moved breaking Winters out of his trance as she moved to a nearby chair.
"Winters," A voice called out. Turning his head Zander saw Doctor Ryan Brown making his way towards him. Brown's gaze fell onto the girl. The doctor lowered himself in front of the girl. Her lips lifted into a weak smile.
"Am I going to make it, Doc?" Her raspy voice questioned. Brown raised his eyebrows at the girl whom he had known before she was abducted.
"Winters, help me get her down to the examining room," Brown stated. The girl flinched away from Zander's out stretched hand.
