wooyoung and san sat in an awkward silence as they waited for their food to arrive. Both have never been out like this before, alone. Wooyoung hesitated "are you sure you didn't come to spare my feelings?" He asked, San quickly looked up "of course not" he smiled.

Wooyoung smiled back as their food arrived and San giggled in excitement, wooyoung just smiled at the cute reaction and picked up his chopsticks.

San quickly started eating while wooyoung took his time "San, slow down, no one's gonna steal it from you" wooyoung let out a laugh. San, who's mouth was full quickly chewed and swallowed "but I haven't eaten anything today, I'm hungry" he complained, pouting. Wooyoung giggled and they both continued to eat. They both finished and San had food all over face, wooyoung bust out a quick laugh "what?" San asked.

Wooyoung pointed at his face and said "you gotta a little something there" San wiped off about 1/4 of it "did I get it?" He asked. Wooyoung shook his head, reaching for a napkin and wiping the messy face of San. San didn't dare look at the other, blushing intensely, wooyoung's hand accidentally touched san's lips, making him pull his hand away and blush just as intensely.

They both paid and left out the restaurant door. The person at the register gave them a small packet of candy, which San wants to eat straight away. They're still standing outside the restaurant and wooyoung watches how adorable San looks trying to open the packet, San finally opens it and pops two in his mouth. Wooyoung stares at San, wanting to say something, San notices "wooyoung?" He said "hm" wooyoung hummed "why do you keep staring at me like that?" He asked.

Wooyoung looked down at his shoes then straight ahead at their path then at San "I don't know, I guess because... Your so beautiful San" wooyoung said, hardly able to hear. San definitely heard and blushed, but still couldn't help smile at the other, displaying his dimples.

San hit wooyoung playfully "haha, yea sure, let's go" he said pulling wooyoung to go, but wooyoung didn't move. San looked back at the other confused "San, I'm not lying, you really are very beautiful" he said again, San smiled even more "I know woo, now come let's go" he giggled successfully pulling wooyoung to go.

Their 'date' was short, they kinda just went out to eat. They came back to their dorm and San went to mingi's dorm instead of his, yunho wasn't there, mingi said he went to hongjoong's room.

San went and lay on mingi's bed, sighing and thinking of what wooyoung said. Mingi noticed and sat next to San "back so early?, Why? Did you guys not want to hang out much?" He asked. San looked at mingi "of course not, I don't know, I just bought him back" he said, "why?" Mingi asked, San just smiled to himself.

Wooyoung barged into yeosang's room, and saw that he wasn't there, only seonghwa sitting on his bed and scrolling through his phone. Wooyoung walked up to him "seen yeosang?" He asked, seonghwa looked up "yea, he's in jongho's room, why?" He put his phone down and concentrated on wooyoung. Wooyoung lay on the other bed and sighed "just wanted to talk to him about something" he replied. Seonghwa smiled "you can tell me".

"Awww that is so cute" mingi commented after San filled him on everything that happened. San just blushed and covered his face "so do you like him?" Mingi asked like it's totally not homosexual. San quickly looked up at him "I don't know, I know I'm not supposed to and he's a really great friend" he said. Mingi threw him arm around san's shoulder "come on, you guys seem like more than friends, I can see it" he says. San smiles "what do you think I should do?" Mingi thinks for a while "just go with your feelings, if you like him there's nothing wrong with that" he said, patting him on the shoulder.

"You what!?"seonghwa almost yells "like I said, I think I like San, but I need someone's opinion" wooyoung said, sitting up. Seonghwa doesn't know what to say so he takes a deep breath "well, it clearly seems like he likes you too" he said. Wooyoung looked at him confused "how?" Seonghwa just giggles "why else would he practically beg us to let you two go on your little date" he says. Wooyoung's eyes widen at the words "what? He did?, he said that you guys just said ok?" Seonghwa just laughed a little more "nevermind, now, my opinion?, I think it's fine that you like San" he smiles. Wooyoung smiles back "thanks seonghwa, just don't tell anyone" he says.

"I won't, don't worry" mingi's assures San, for telling him about his little crush. San smiles at mingi who went back on his phone, San feeling happy to have such a friend.

Sorry, ik I said I'll try to update on Saturday but I got caught up on something else, I hope you guys liked this chapter.

Ik this doesn't really sound like how ateez is but since this is just a story, idrc.
