Plot:
A mysterious hero has been safeing people's life's against a monster threat known as Crisis Empire Kaijin. This hero is just a student that want to help everyone named Kamen rider Black RX and he joins a club and mate Taro, Mio and the rest. He has a crush on Arashiko but she is scared of man. So he must save the world against this threat and win the love of Arashiko.
