Slowly opening her eyes allowed Angel to take in the environment around her, taking a glimpse above her catching sight of a blurred figure near her. "..m-moth-er..." She chokes out trying to force her eyes to work, "Sorry try again." A voice speaks carefully placing a hand on Angel's forehead. Blinking a few times and cursing her eyes to work right for once, finally her eyes settle and sitting before her is Trish smiling softly.

"What happen? Where am I? What about th-" Angel start rumbling while pushing her body up, being stopped by Trish who laid her hands on the young girls shoulders. "Hey easy now, I am not sure what happened but you need to rest." Trish says gently forcing Angel back onto the bed, "I was bait at an outdoor concert, this guy he showed up and he.....he touched my arm before grabbing my throat." Angel spoke feeling like she lost a fight which in this case she kinda had.

"Well Dante brought you back in his arms." Trish said turning her head to cast her eyes upon the sleeping form of said demon hunter, Dante was laid back in a chair asleep, "He hasn't left expect when I forced him to go take a shower." Trish giggled carefully pulling the covers back up on the young Angel. "I am sorry, I locked up when that man appeared. I couldn't even fight back." Angel muttered feeling her eyes brimmed with tears that threaten to fall any second, Trish sighed knowing what the poor young girl in front of her was going threw.

"If you want, Lady and I could help train you?" Trish said giving a small kind smile to the young girl, "Train me?" Angel asked rubbing her eye's fiercely to rid her self of the tears. "Yes train you in hand to hand combat and maybe Dante can train you with your gun." Trish added but it came out more like a question in her mind, Angel looked away from the young blonde to ponder over her own thoughts, giving a small nod when her eyes grew loopy.

"Get some more rest and we'll discuss it more when your up." Trish spoke softly watching the young Angel drift off to sleep, "Seems she recalls quite a bit of what happen." Dante's voice echoed across the room earning him a heated glare from Trish. "I can't believe you put her threw that!" Trish hissed standing up and walking to the hallway knowing full well that the male demon hunter was following her, "Let me guess your gonna yell at me too?" Dante asked once the door to the Angel's room was closed.

"And how would you feel if I didn't?" She asked crossing her arms and leaning on the wall, Dante knew better then talk back to Trish when she had her mind set on something, then again she was right about Angel. It wasn't like he had known this Kuro was going to show up and try to harm Angel right in front of him, "Lady and I can train her as much as we can but at some point you and her are gonna have to face one another." Trish spoke up drawing Dante's eyes to her. "I lost count of how many times she cried in her sleep or even cried for something to stop. Now I don't know what happened cause I wasn't there, but something happen for her to end up like this." Trish commented on, "Kuro got close to her and laid his hands on her." Dante muttered under his breath thus casting his eyes to the floor.

Grumbling under her breath and fighting in her self not to punch the demon hunter where he stood, sighing knowing what had happened was done and over with, nothing she did would fix it. "Look I get it, you were there and did everything you could, but now is not the time to mop around like you have been." Trish said uncrossing her arms and placed a hand on the doorknob to the room, "Just....just...do something." She muttered making a swift exit, not leaving anytime for the demon hunter to throw a come back at her.

As the next few weeks passed Angel spent her time cleaning and even more time with both Lady and Trish, she learned numerous moves and quite a few bruises from the training. Knowing full well that the man named Kuro could or would be coming back any day or time, walking up the steps of the Devil May Cry shop rubbing her back to try and ease the pain. Angel sighed wondering if she should try to face Dante now or just make a break for the shower, it wasn't like she held anger or hatred at the man. It was just...anytime Dante got close she would see Kuro's face and the fear would return, "Why does this have to be so hard?" Angel whimpered threw clenched teeth.

Angel wanted to be able to be close with Dante but now that seem like a far off dream, how would she get better with her gun if she could barely stand being in the same room with him.

Walking in seeing Dante sitting at his desk looking threw another magazine, "Welcome back Angel." Dante spoke in a low tone slowly glancing up catching her eyes before she tore her self away. "..Thanks...I am j-just gonna..take a shower!" Angel forced her self to say and made a mad dash up the stairs, closing the door to her room that Lady had set up when both Dante and Trish came to fetch Angel from the train station. "I couldn't do it....why couldn't I do it?" Angel asked her self over and over leaning her back on the door, feeling her legs grow weak and sliding to the floor.

Tears coated her cheeks as she looked to the window to see small snowflakes gently floating their way down, jumping when she heard floorboards creak outside her door and a door shutting quietly. Letting a breath go she didn't realize she had been holding, waiting a few minutes then slowly opening her door to look around for the coast to be clear. Quick like a jack rabbit slipping out to race down the stairs, only to freeze when the third step from the bottom gave a loud creak.

Feeling her heart thumping loudly in her ears as she waited for a sound that would say she had been caught, hearing no sounds she continued on her way. Grabbing her blue trench coat and slipping out the front doors of Devil May Cry or at this point what Angel called DMC to shorten the name, looking up into the sky feeling the soft snowflakes pelt her face. Stepping out and giving a small twirl lifting her current mood, breathing deeply enjoying the happiness that flooded her body like a little kid on Christmas morning.

Closing her eyes to enjoy the moment even more, yet everything came crashing down when the sound of foot steps echoed behind her. "Angel..." Dante called out to her as he stood a little ways behind her, slowly turning around seeing him standing there with just his shirt, pants and boots, Angel felt her heart stop when it seem of being hurt flashed threw his eyes. "I am sorry, I didn't mean to sneak out. I just wanted to see the snow and I thought if I woke you for a silly idea." She muttered trying not tumble over her own words, "I'll just go back to my room." She whimpered making her way past him but was abruptly stopped by a hand grabbing her wrist.

"Angel, why do you keep running from me?" Dante asked looking at the back of her head with pleading eyes, "Dante I....I am not running.... its just..." Angel stumbled over her words as her brain whacked its self for an easy way out of the mess. "Its just what?" Dante asked raising his voice and gave her wrist a pull to make her face him, yet when he did, it sent a wave of sadness hitting him like a ton of bricks.

"Dante I am sorry! I just keep seeing him everywhere I look, in the windows, in the dark corners of my room, even when I look at you...." Angel choked out having tears running down her face, it was clear that the man named Kuro had given Angel terrors of him returning. "Angel, I know that I said I wouldn't let anything or anyone ever touch you but I....I tried...I felt if I got there too late I would..." Dante struggled to find the right words he could say without trying to come across as a big scary mean man, looking up at the man in front of her Angel couldn't believe she was seeing Dante struggling.

He had faced countless demons with out so much as a hint of fear showing, though right here and now in front of her no less, he seemed lost and afraid, a side she had not seen from him. "Dante what are you saying?" Angel asked carefully step towards him and reached her small hand out, softly touching his face or mainly his cheek and turned his face to hers. "I...I was afraid that I...I would lose you.." Dante whispered moving his eyes to stare straight into hers, unaware of the world around them and slowly moving closer to one another. "Dante you could never lose me, no matter what happens I will always find my way back to you." Angel whispered softly as she felt him release her caught wrist and tenderly placed her other hand on his open cheek.

"And I will always find my way to you." He whispered back to her while softly slipping his arms around her small frame body and waist, not another word was spoken between the two as the snow fell around them. Each worried that it would ruin the moment as they grew closer together, passionately closing their eyes as their lips found one other in a blissful sweet longing kiss.
