"Chris! Wake up! You're going to be late for school!" mum shouted from the living room. Chris was already awake, thinking about how good life would be if he actually had a gender - I know Chris has no gender but i just had to use he, i can't just keep using his name in every sentence .
He stood up, walked to the door leading to the living room and opened it.
"Hey honey, how are you feeling today?" mum asked Chris as he ate his breakfast.
"Fine" Chris said, looking down at the plate in front of him, his hair black long hair droping down to the table.
"Come on Chris, my dear, tell me" mum came closer and hugged him.
"It's just that, what if i had a gender?" Chris asked mum, expecting no answer.
"Dear, it doesn't matter that you have no gender, what matters is inside" she told Chris as he looked up. Suddenly, she looked up on the clock and gasped. It was 8:55 am and school started 5 minutes ago.
"Oh dear! Chris quick, pack up for school!" mum politely commanded Chris.
"Asgore! Come down here quick!" mum shouted to dad. Suddenly, there were big thuds down the stairs and appeared at the living room.
"What is it Toriel?" dad asked mum his eyes opened wide as though they were to pop.
"Chris is late! Mind if you help him pack?" mum shouted to dad hurriedly.
He huried of to Chris to help him pack while mum packed him lunch, went to the garage and started the car.
One minute later, Chris and dad showed up, Chris all packed and ready to go while dad still in his slippers. Chris sat next to mum and mum closed the door, Chris waved to dad and sure enough, they set off to school.
