Chpater eight

The next day betty woke up wrapped up in Jughead's arms, her back against his chest, she turns around and looks at him as he peacefully snores. It reminds her of when they were dating but then betty remember that Jugheads dating someone else so she gets up making jughead wake up "Betty come back" he whines forgetting that they had broken up because he was to lost in the moment "jug you have a girlfriend.." betty said her heart shatters saying it. Betty walks to the bathroom a washed her face she looks in the mirror and all she could see was a broken girl.. she couldn't help but think it was her fault of being so stressed that caused her miscarriage and just think what life would've been like to have the baby.
Jughead was on his phone scrolling through his Instagram when he heard sniffs from the bathroom
I he walked over and knocked at the door "betty?" Jughead said he heard shuffling as she unlocked the door and put a fake smile on which jughead could tell was fake "yea?" She asked "you okay?" He asked as betty looked at him and shook her head no frowning as she fell into his chest as jughead held on to her tightly as she sobbed into his shirt. He knew that the miscarriage had a huge effect in their relationship and in betty right now, Betty had always talked about the future and how she would like to have a family with him someday if they made it that far they started one a little sooner then they had expected but he guess the miscarriage was fates way of saying they need a little more time to work out what ever is going with them right now, but not only did the miscarriage have a huge effect on betty it had a huge effect on jughead to. He knew he messed up and if he could he would go back and fix everything but it had already happened the damage has already been done and there's no going back to fix it but he wants to fix it now, he's full of regret of how much he's hurt his childhood best friend and the love of his life I fact he hates himself.

Betty soon calmed down and worked things out one step at a time with jughead of course he would have to earn her trust and love back but that's a problem for another day so as for now they're gonna find a away to grieve of the lost of there baby and stay close friends. Jughead broke up with Isabel because he's has to many things going on right now. The next day Jughead and betty went to pops and talked about everything, they have both decided to stay as friends so they don't plan on dating again.

B E T T Y

"I missed this.." I said playing with my milkshake "I do to" jughead said I could feel his eyes looking at me I looked back up at him when I got a message from my mom 'betty Veronica left a gift for you' I read "I have to go home... thank you for being here and being my shoulder to cry on.. and I'm so so sorry for not telling you.." I said as I got up some pictures fell out of my pocket, I picked them up to see they're the ultrasounds if the baby.. my eyes fill with tears once more " I- here.." I said and gave one copy to jughead he picked it up and looked at it for awhile as a tear runs down his face, he stands up and hugs be immediately breaking down in tears "I'm so so sorry.. I didn't mean to make you so depressed and stress I'm sorry.. this is all my fault" jughead said as I hugged him back not know what to say.

I walked in my house and saw that my was not home. I walked upstairs to my room to see a gift which a probably the gift from Veronica, I sat down and opened it to see a cute grey baby onesie.. I couldn't handle it I broke down again I sobbed..
