*Location: Boiling Isles.*

*Eda is currently setting up a sales booth. Filled to the brim with exotic items, such as lindwyrm scales, monster gallbladder, ect. While Luz is busy with trying to perfect her magic.*

"Ahh- still no customers. I think Luz might be keeping them away- cause, you know. Human and all."

You sure it's not the fact that you're..ahem- a wanted criminal?

"Hahah, oh please. King, this ain't no time for jokes."

I'm not joking, demons don't do "jokes." And plus, she didn't do anything wrong.

"Well I-" *Before Eda could say anything. Luz ran out of the house in a hurry.*

_Eda! ¡Mira! Some more magical destiny biz- _

"Kid. I have more important things to do, besides join in on your "magical destiny" nonsense."

_But Eda- this isn't some kind of nonsense. It's a portal!_

"Portal? I'm pretty sure I would've heard of one, a long time ago. Do you know where it goes?"

_Nope, just popped up while I was practicing my light spell, the orbs I created, glowed really bright. And made the shape of a portal, it's like if it's telling me to go there._

"Ooooorrrrrrr- you're letting your little delusions get to you. They get to everybody, especially with humans like you."

_You gotta believe meeeeeee._

"Fine, if I take you. Will you please let me do my business?"

_Anything for you, Miss Eda._

*Eda sighs.* "Alright then. I'll take you, but King and I are gonna come too, can't just let you go by yourself. You'll get killed or mauled in mere seconds."

Nice. An adventure with the possibility of us being turned to goopy shreds- count me in!

*Eda closes up her sales popup, and gets on top of her trusty broomstick.* "So- this whole "portal" thing, where is it at exactly?"

_Oh- yes, I should have it here, somewhere..aha, should be around bonesborough._

"You sure about this Luz..? You know it's really dangerous to go up close."

_Whatever it takes. I am ready!_

"I'm just..feeling like this is a bit too suspicious, like what happened with that wizard."

_I doubt this is the case. I think I see it over there-_

"The one with the blue runes on it?"

_Yes!_

*Eda commands her broom to fly down, once they're no longer in the air. She steps off and puts the broom away.* "Alright then..who goes in?"

_What about you, Eda?_

"Welllllll, alright then!" *Little by little. Eda slowly goes into the mysterious (and possibly even dangerous) portal, she starts dimly glowing. And then a burst of light starting surrounding around Eda.*

_Eda? Are you okay?! Hold on. I'm coming!_ *Luz goes after Eda, not caring of what happens to her.*

Luz! hold on a sec- *King jumps onto Luz to try and stop her from going. Being the small demon that he is, the plan horribly fails. And he gets dragged by the human.*

*The portal closes behind them. Leaving them trapped in the new world that they're currently in.*

[The end. Will Luz and the gang be alright? Will they find a way out of this mysterious new place? We'll just have to find out in the next chapter.]
