"Finally" I said to myself, I look at my screen that was showing a 'You Win' sign. 'such noobs' I thought when I heard the noise indicating I received a message, I looked over at the iPad and opened the message, it was a link an old friend of mine named Tet would use to play against humans of this world. I clicked on the link and just as I expected it was Tet's chess site, I moved my piece seeing as I was white. My opponent moved their piece and so on so fourth until I realised I had won, when I realised I won I got more messages. I opened the new messages and they said 'Have you ever felt like you were born into the wrong world?' 'Isn't the world a tough place for you to live?' 'What do you think of your world?' 'Is it fun?' 'Is it easy to live in?' I thought to myself for a few minutes before saying "What do you mean 'is it fun?', there's no way to know the rules, yet there are over 7 billion people making whatever moves they like. If you loose too much or win too much there are penalties, you can't pass your turn, if you complain people look down on you, you can pretty much say that life's a crappy game".
I received yet another message that confirmed it was Tet, I opened it and it read 'If there were a world where everything was decided by straightforward games... A world atop a board, one where the rules and goals were clear, what would you think about that?' I thought 'I mean it would be worth something right'. I started writing the reply and it said...
