We are slaves!
There are chains in our heads
That strain and drain our brains,
Our minds are being enslaved by whatever is being taught to us,
And we're just going with it because we feel as if our nourishments are in the hands of those who institutionalized us,
In ways they want us to be conformed,
Tell us how we should think and react and in this new form of society...
That they built themselves,
Leaving some oblivious to nothing else,
And the rest...
In rebellion against aberration,
They will not survive because they believe in education.
We are all slaves, in the mind.
Told what to believe, how to act, and what to feel,
Slave holders tell us what to wear,
They think they know what's 'hot' or 'not'
They have us brainwashed!
Controlling our minds,
They tell us not to be us,
Hide our identity,
To be like everyone else,
Our minds are rotting from television,
Our eyes are being corrupted by the internet,
Women are told to be skinny, with large breasts and small minds,
Television tells us all we should watch is TLC and MTV,
Never to broaden our horizons,
We are a generation corrupted mentally,
We are all enslaved to corporation,
We know none of liberty,
The only way to free yourself from this type of slavery,
Is to get your own identity.
WE ARE ALL SLAVES, IN THE MIND!
